"went to eat there and he ran out of food he came out and apologized to each vehicle said he got slammed at 2pm and ran out. will return to try for the first time some time and update the review"
"It's good to finally have a Whataburger in Overland Park. I'm a fan of their large, tasty, reasonably priced burgers, but they also offer breakfast, salads and chicken sandwiches. My #1 Whataburger meal included a 5" x 2" burger, medium fries and a 32 oz. drink for $7.69. It was brought to my table two minutes after I ordered at the counter, where the service was accommodating and nicely trained. The burger had a perfectly cooked, but thin, beef patty with mustard and fresh veggies (including crisp lettuce) on a fresh bun. I found the fries to be tasty without being too greasy and the spicy ketchup was a nice addition. This location offered a basic dining area inside with two drive thru lanes outside. The app offers good discounts.Overall, A-OK for the price."
Cream cheese fillings stuffed in wonton skin, then fried till golden crisps. A savory and creamy treat with a hint of sweetness.

"Cowboy cafe is under new management, we now serve breakfast, and brunch. Cozy place, great food, friendly service,"
"My opening day drive-thru experience was good, with clear communications through the drive-thru speaker, a four minute wait and cheerful service. The grilled chicken combo ($9.39) was tasty with good portions. I liked the thick and juicy chicken, the fresh veggies, the fresh bun and the huge drink. The menu included breakfast, salads, limited time specials, burgers, chicken sandwiches, desserts and kids' meals. The dining area was temporarily closed, with service available via the two drive-thru lanes.Overall, A-OK."
"Breakfast was freak cold! I ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants. Croissant was hard. Everything else was cold.."
"Havent yet tried the dine-in experience. But take out has been a success. Orange chicken, fried rice, shrimp w/ garlic sauce, lo mein and donuts. Delicious. Thank you for a tasty dinner i didnt have to worry about cooking myself. Staff greeted me when i walked in and quickly came over to assist me with my to-go order. Chop sticks upon request. and they included plenty of soy sauce packets and 4 fortune cookies. Inside appeared clean. there were several tables full of diners enjoying their meals. Extra parking in back. they are closed on Tuesdays i believe. My son said the garlic shrimp was very spicy but good. everything else i tried myself and found to be very good. was still hot when i got home. packaged properly for transport as well."
"Seriously good food from this new family based start-up in downtown. For those of you that might want to eschew the plethora of new--and incredibly annoying, at least to me --corporate "taco & tequila" joints downtown with their dancing, writhing sombreros or jalapeno themed logos... there are at least four within a few blocks at least count, this would seem to be your destination. Why the sudden explosion of the former I have no idea. I expect 3/4 of them to be out of business within 18 months. I digress. So, yes, this is nothing like that former experience where your experience can be at the hands of the newest KU student or high school grad working for minimum wage between them reading their texts. Someone in the kitchen, someone at the counter. No muss, fuss, no shots of tequila. You know where to find those. For lunch we had the carnitas platter and it was an exceptional plate of food of the very best kind. The meat was utter perfection. Moist, savory, with a few small burnt bits for texture. Exceptional rice and beans, guacamole with onions and tomato and four steaming corn tortillas. Heavenly bites. If they can repeat this a couple of times I'm happy to go 5 stars. The interior is not particularly welcoming, no one visible upon entering, and you order at the rear of the restaurant at the counter. Odd, why they did that I have no idea. Immense improvement just by taking down some paneling they've put up to obscure the view. They deliver your food on Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils, plenty of napkins, sauces in small individual containers. Will they make it? I hope so. This is good, honest, real food that satisfied and then some. Must spread the word and hope others find the chow here as very appealing as did we on our first visit."
"Food was good. They have steakburgers, which I love. I had a shake and that was awesome. I had a pickup order and the owner walked over to introduce herself to my mom and self. That added a nice touch. I love an old school diner and this fits that vibe."
"I've been looking for my local burger place - you know, the one I can point to and say "I know a great spot for burgers!" Small joint - order only, but great atmosphere. I popped in on a weekday afternoon and ordered a double hiboy with fries and a shake. The service was fantastic, everyone working there was friendly and pleasant. The food came out fast enough. The fries were great, McDonald's style but better, fresh and just crispy enough. The shake was yummy, old school style, very thick, seems hand spun. The burger though? I wasn't impressed =(. I got mine with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and onions. The patties are very large in diameter, but super thin - so thin, it seems like they just flatten and spread out the patties to make it as wide as possible to seem more impressive - and in return, some moisture lost along the way. The burger was super dry, I added two packets of ketchup to try and remedy it. The taste seemed like it could be decent if it hadn't been flattened and dried to infinity. There are a lot of places that do burgers better - even if farther away. I'd give this place 2 stars but the fries and service warrant 3."
"Crispy and Co has mouthwatering food offerings, ranging from Korean fried chicken to other savory options like onion rings, fried dumplings (with a delectable soy garlic sauce) , fries and tater tots. I first visited in November when they were newly opened, and I immediately became obsessed with this place! I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I settled on the guilty pleasure. The guilty please has a base of golden fries, and is topped with chopped up fried chicken tenders, thinly sliced onions, special sauce and sweet chili. I can honestly say I have never had anything like it before! The combination of all the flavors will leave you wanting more after each bite! This place has become a mandatory stop during my visits to Topeka in the last few months. I can totally see them opening up a second location near the downtown area. I have tasked myself with continually exploring the menu, and I have not been disappointed once! Service is always fast and I've never waited longer than 15 minutes for food. There's a small seating area, and it's limited during the busier times of day."
"Honestly for me they have the best burgers in town. I van live without everything else if they keep the burgers and never change them."
"This was one of the best Phillies we've ever had. We got it with gr peppers, mushrooms, and mayo with a side of fries. Y'all. The sandwich was soooooo delicious. Also, I have never in my life had to-go fries stay hot and crispy until I got home and settled in to eat them. We are amateur foodies and will definitely be back! (No photo bc we demolished it too quickly) only downside was Drive thru took an hour, but it was worth it!"

If I could give them 10 stars off the customer service alone I would. Another 10 stars for the fish! It was phenomenal, everyone was asking where I got it from. We ordered a 50 piece fish and by the end of the function it was all GONE!We also ordered a 50 chicken and ya'll... just go get it.I can't wait to try their breakfast!! The prices were also very affordable.

All my life I've heard that Whataburger was the place to go if you wanted a solid burger. I gotta say this has gotta be the driest burger I've had and there's just too much mustard overall, that's basically all I can taste. Better or just going to McDonald's or Wendy's if you're looking for a solid burger. Service was really great though, servers were very prompt and they took the time to recommend some other favorites (sadly it wasn't for me) and they were just friendly overall. Place is actually updated and the drive through was efficient. Service was nice but wish I could say the same about their food.

What can I say? I just like Whataburger and I have since my first visit to one in Texas fifteen years ago. The service at this location was pretty good, especially for a Sunday afternoon and our food was served up quickly, hot and fresh.

If your interested in getting in your car and driving somewhere where it takes 20 minutes to get a burger at the drive through go for it... this is your spot. Any given time and no one needs to be in line in front of you. Just drive on up and wait and wait and wait. It's even more fun what the cashier stands in the window with their back to you the whole time. I have tried this one several times and I would say 4 out of 5 times it has been like this. Tonight I just pulled out of line and left....never to return.

Hunan Chinese food is the best. They have some really delicious "Chef Specialties" like Walnut Shrimp, which is shrimp with mixed vegetables (Chinese style) in sauce with candied walnuts. Scallops and Shrimp in Garlic Sauce is very good too. The only thing they don't get right is Moo Shoo Pork which for some reason they only serve it with "pancakes" or rice, not both. Every Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at serves both. If you ask for the pancakes they charge extra, even though the menu says "with pancakes" and all entrees say served with white rice.

The food here is simple and tasty, and priced very competitively. I had the enchiladas and "crack" dip (queso), and both were very good. I didn't realize this is a super casual place -- order at the counter, margaritas in plastic cups, and food is packaged to go regardless of whether you dine in. Not necessarily a problem, but good to know in advance. They are open super late on Fri/Sat, so this would be an excellent place for a midnight meal after hitting the bars on Mass street. Definitely worth visiting if you want some quick, cheap, good Mexican food.

"Love this place!! The best Ice cream in town. Get the cabana boat. Super good prices and love the drive through. Haven't got to try the food yet!"
"I just read someone's review that stated this was an oasis and I couldn't possibly have picked a better word myself. There seems to be nothing out here off of 70, but then you pull off and there is this bright, clean, welcoming coffee joint with yummy sandwiches. The people were friendly, food was good, and did I mention it was clean? We both ordered the sunrise breakfast sandwiches (YUM). My husband got a drip coffee and I got a monthly special -- the mudhopper (dirty matcha, oat milk, with a simple syrup) -- it slapped. Would recommend to anyone looking to stop for coffee!"
"You cheap mutherf**ker!! All your burger pictures show sandwiches with lettuce , tomatoes, etc. And you only put a half piece of lettuce on a sandwich, then a customer ask for more and you complain!!! No wonder you got 1 star rating. Hell I only wanted to do half star!! Quit being cheap c**ts!!!"
"5 stars for cleanliness, customer service and food quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love seeing the one kid busting his butt every time delivering food to cars outside (rain or shine). Talk about dedication!"
"Glad to have a new late night food business here in Columbia. They have a small menu designed for quick food hand off thru a walk up window. Everything I have had so far is delicious, and I have never waited longer than 10 mins for food so far. Given this place is open 8pm-4am it is one of the only places for graveyard shift workers to grab food currently in town, for that reason alone I hope to see this place grow and stick around for awhile!"
"Stopped on our way through on Christmas Day. Everything was fresh and hot. Crab Rangoon was exceptional!! The honey walnut shrimp I expected to have a sauce of some sort. I appreciated them being open. Front desk person was pretty curt to customers, talked so fast was impossible to understand, and was not very nice to the fireman that came in wanting to split checks (my guess is big order for crew on shift Christmas Day). Bathroom was clean, food was hot, crab Rangoon was amazing, front desk kid - not amazing."
"THE perfect spot for a family breakfast gathering, which we happen to enjoy every weekend!! Nikki is an outstanding waitress who is very attentive and anticipates your every request! Michelle is a fantastic host who makes you feel right at home!! My family has tried and whole-heartedly approves of every single item on the breakfast menu!! It doesn't matter where you're from, if you want great food in a welcoming atmosphere, come enjoy a meal at Michelle's Place!!"
"I've always snubbed my nose at Taco Via but this weekend I attended a birthday party that had rented out their food truck. So I gave it a whirl. It was good. Nothing fancy. Like an upscale Taco Bell. The tacos were good. Just meat, cheese, lettuce, and some taco sauce. They were good sized. I also got a sancho which was basically a soft shell taco. I had one bite of it at the party but then saved it for later when I'd get hungry again. I ate the remainder when I was too drunk to really give a review but at the time it was We also got chips and cheese and that's exactly what it was. In all, I will no longer snub my nose at Taco Via. It's a great drunk food option."
"The food is good! The service is fast! The price is unbeatable! The ambiance is fast but not rushed!"
"I was very excited to have some chicken and waffle as I never had any before. I was super please with it! The waffle was light and fluffy and the chicken was perfect, not too crispy but just enough to contrasts the waffle. Service was fast and not too expensive. Probably not the healthiest option so I won't make it a regular stop but still a fun meal."
"Well, where do I start? I think service has definitely improved since it appears they have a new management which is a middle aged gentleman with a southern accent who doesn't put up with any slacking! However, when the cat is away the mice they do play! I went in the other evening, last Wednesday around 7:15 pm and took my daughter who was visiting for the holidays from Colorado and Captain D's was a favorite of hers from her childhood. There were 6 of us for dine in and all the chairs had been put up on the tables and needless to say they were not happy to see us. Not a word other than us providing our order was spoken. When our order was ready which took over 23 minutes a lady from the counter screamed it was ready! Also seeing as we had 6 people we all had to squeeze into one booth as the employees were all sitting around the one 8 top table playing on their phones!!"
"I went there today, and was amazed how large their Buffet was. The food was excellent and the place was packed. I ate a lot more than I usually do because the food was good and hot. The wait staff they were all over this place if they were not replacing food they were with customers."
"We have been dying to try this place. I've seen a ton of peoples personal reviews and testimonials of the amazing food. We found them on UberEats and placed a delivery order. We opted for the Nashville Sandro Plate with the upgraded Crazy Fries. We received our order and we're disappointed to find we were given soggy fries without our upgrade. The sandwiches were good but we felt we could've done with less of the coleslaw. Overall the food was okay but in our opinion nothing to right home about."
"I was just glad they opened the one on Neiman. However I would prefer the Mission one would open back up.This was good and I enjoyed their Chicken Wings.... I always love Popeyes"
"Pancho's slaps. Open nice and late, serving sizes are super large and affordable. The hot cheeto burrito is as good as it sounds and their sides are great. It's definitely dated and not very welcoming from the outside, but the food speaks for itself. The line moves pretty slowly but I've gotten lucky a few times going at off-hours and not having to wait. Unfortunately the area isn't the safest late at night. Last time I went, there were a few folks hanging out around my car and the drive through window clerk was visibly uncomfortable. However, this doesn't speak to Pancho's food and overall likeability. Give it a try (when the line isn't long haha)!"
"Really liked the taste of the tikka masala chicken waffle (don't expect authenticity though, it was sprinkled with jalapenos and shredded parmesan, but still tasted good!)"

"I always like the "mom and pop" drive in dairy del places. As you'll see, this place has a lot of options to choose from. I opted for a chili dog and fries. They're using a hot dog with a bit more spiced flavor taste. The chili was good enough - that was fairly wet - but not full on runny by any means. Fries were your typical drive in fry - certainly came out hot. The hot dog came out good and hot. And if you're a pebbly ice fan, then you're in business at this place! The place has plenty of business; that's for sure. So, I suggest, you add to their business. High-tail (your tail) over there to Swope's!"
"We came here on a weekend afternoon and we were the only ones in the restaurant for a little bit before a few other customers strolled in.There were 13 of us and we ordered on one tab and the food came out staggered as we sat at a few tables on one side of the restaurant. We ordered things like the crispy Taco plate, the California burrito, breakfast burrito, fajitas plate, and fries, among other things. Everyone liked what they got. I did feel like the meat tasted a bit charred in some instances and then a bit salty in others. The tortilla chips are also not complimentary. But overall the food came out fast, even if it was a little more like the meat was not super freshly grilled. But again, everyone liked their food and I think the prices were also very reasonable for 13 people (includes 4 kids)."
"Best burger place in the city. Grew up by the one on Blue Ridge. Also the only place where you can find a cherry mash ice cream dessert."
"I went here with a coworker who was on the KU football team while he was in college. Burrito King is just a couple blocks from the football weight rooms, so I can imagine a couple players frequent this spot! The drive through was pretty quick at 1:30 pm - we ordered 2 everything burritos, mild and hot sauce, and a couple drinks. The burritos were HUGE! Mine was easily two meals. Kind of regret getting the everything burrito - could have left out the ground beef which wasn't super flavorful. But it was pretty good with the mix of mild and orange/hot salsa. Horchata was decent but had lots of ice for a medium."
"Food was good we got a Philly and the super sub. They were pretty quick and making them. It was clean and comfortable."
"Such a gem in OP. Great prices, prompt service, delicious food. Tacos and burritos are always solid. Great lunch spot with plenty of tables."
