Becca B. "Tacos El Mercadito may not look like much from the outside, but the food is absolutely amazing and the wait is very minimal. We waited less than 10 minutes for two large orders. There is limited seating inside but you can also take your food to go! The tacos are $2, a tamale is $2.50, and a side of rice or a side of beans is also $2. I ordered 2 tacos, a tamale, chips & salsa, and a side of rice for under $14 with a tip. Highly recommend trying the pork tamale! You can also purchase Mexican ingredients and groceries at this restaurant/shop."

I always forget about this place when we play the normal, "what should we have for dinner" song and dance. Tacos or burritos - I love them all here. S U P E R quick, super authentic and super cheap. Win. Win. Win.

I read reviews of this place having some of the best burgers - and it is true! Grabbed a to-go order as I was leaving town - and now I will need to go back. Burger was hot, juicy, and delicious. I got a single which was more than enough. They recommend their sweet potato fries, too. Dusted with a little slap your mama - they were some of the best I have had. Don't pass this place up for friendly service, great food, and good prices. Make sure to leave some room for ice cream across the street, too.
