"My partner and I got a craving for some boba on a busy Saturday. We got a Brown Sugar Coffee and Brown Sugar Cream Cheese. Both are stellar! The servers were very busy taking orders and making drinks but they served my order in less than 5 minutes. While I was waiting on my drink, I noticed they had Macarons and other amazing foods available for purchase that I cant wait to try! When in search for Boba, this is another excellent stop."

"10/10, this place was so good.Lots of options, include lactose free ones. The store itself is so cute, and their little logo is a bao bao (bun/dumpling). Tried their taro at 70% sweet (hint, you really only need 50%!) and added some boba. It came with flan.Super smooth, flavorful, sweet, and milky. I drank that thing so fast. The bobas are sweet as well. Not hard like some other places. And the lids that they use are also so cute! This is one of my top boba places in all of KC."

"Bruu Cafe is my new favorite Boba place in Kansas City area. I've been trying many Boba places around the greater KC area and I like Bruu the best because of their selection, freshness, taste, and seasonal menu items. Bruu is located at a nice environment with relaxing chairs and a fun swing too.We ordered at a Kiosk and received our drinks 5 minutes later. They usually have something new like Butterbeer or Mangos. Favorites so far are the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea and Butterbeer with Crystal Boba. The Butterbeer is just as good as the one at Universal's Wizarding World. Their Milk Bread and Mochi Donut Ball went well with the drinks, we usually order one of their desserts."

I agree with other commenters that I wish they would tone down their sugar level, but I am deeply impressed at the array of options and the quality of the drinks - the fruit is delightful and the tapioca was perfect. "Not gonna lie, kinda shocked that I was able to find such an authentic tea spot in the middle of Olathe! I'm currently living in San Diego and this is pretty on par to the quality of tea that we have here which is awesome :)My favorite thing to get is the iced HK style milk tea, 70% sweetness! If you've never had it before, I would say that it's a very very strong tea flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Very similar to something you might get in actual Hong Kong!! The owner is super kind and from HK herself. She is great at suggesting new drinks to try!I LOVE the vibe of this tea shop, lots of open space and a good amount of seating (and a cute couch). The parking lot is fairly large so parking shouldn't be an issue. Definitely swing by if you've been looking for a good and authentic tea spot. Best one in town!!!"

The best part, other than the coffee, is Bing. A Chinese immigrant to America, this is his dream and it's personal to him. He learned coffee the old fashioned way and it became his passion. From sourcing and roasting his beans, to the craftsmanship that goes into every cup of joe, his coffee, personality, and staff is superb. Highly recommend to all coffee aficionados."

"I've been going to Ding Tea ever since they opened in Lawrence, though their hours and having to go downtown are sometimes inconvenient. I remembered reading about Presotea in the LJWorld, though just hadn't been able to try it.Decided to stop it while waiting for my take out from Little Saigon to be ready. The staff were happy to answer my questions about the different milk tea's they offer. The Panda milk tea came with white and black boba, something I'd never tried before, and was quite good. Sugar levels were adjustable (I can't stand 100% sugar in milk tea) and so was the amount of ice.Overall, a pleasant experience! If only they had punch cards like Ding Tea."

"This place is great! Went in on the second opening day and it's not bad! The place took over what used to be "Boba KC" and all the old workers still work at this new place! As for the Boba itself, it's fantastic! I had the Honeydew Boba Smoothie and it was delicious! The Boba pearls were nice and soft and had a great texture. The smoothie was well blended and not overly sweet like some places. The location is great for this part of town, as these parts don't have another place to get great Boba Tea. All in all however, this place is a must go to if you're a Boba enthusiast or if you're just looking for a good drink! Come give it a shot and see what you think!"

Good service overall.- Brown sugar Oreo fresh milk with boba (4.5/5): I usually get boba less sweet, but I wanted to try it the way it came. It was pretty sweet but yummy overall! The Oreo was a perfect crunch, and the boba tasted fresh. Next time I'll try half sweet.- Taro milk tea with boba (4/5): Good milky taro flavor. My husband thinks it could be more sweet, but I like how it came. It's pretty much your standard taro milk tea. - Pork roll banh mi sandwich (4/5): I was surprised how delicious this was! Lots of fresh toppings for a crunch, and the pate made the sandwich very flavorful. A bit too much bread vs meat/topping ratio. The portion size is a bit small too, but so tasty!"

"First and foremost, don't let the exterior of the building scare you away. Yes, it looks sketchy at best but inside you will find a clean, inviting atmosphere. The service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I'm no authority on Japanese cuisine so I don't know a lot about it. But, we had the Hibachi chicken and the Hibachi steak. Both were absolutely delicious. The rice even had a good flavor. Try the complimentary onion soup. Very tasty but you need to like onions. Not a big fan of sushi but they have a large selection to choose from. Sushi lovers should like it here. Parsons needed another choice for lunch and dinner. We are adding it to our list of regular places to eat."
