"We accidentally stumbled upon this boba cafe when we were doing a pop up next door. We are sooooo happy we did! Mimi is forsure my FAVORITE boba place in MO! It's small and cute but their boba is sooo good! Better than Bruu and Gocha imo. We live all the way in North KC but we'll travel all the way to blue springs just to get some Mimi milk tea."
"Support your local businesses. They have all of your favorite donuts, coffee and.....what? Boba! Well that is different, but always great. Enjoy a brown sugar milk tea with your maple glazed donut. They also have smoothies and specialty coffee. Quick service and short lines. Give them a try!"
"Food is very delicious, hot, and fresh.Service: staff is kind and willing to answer any questions.Ambience: not too crowded and not empty plus it was very chill."
"I stopped by this booth at the KC Irish fest, and it was overall a good choice. Their #1 has both fried rice and noodles with their chicken, for those who can't make a decision. The chicken was fine, the fried rice wasn't my favorite, but the noodles were great. They actually have a dish that is just noodles, and honestly, if I stop by again, I think I'll get that. If I hadn't tried the rice, I probably would put them at a 4, so I do not suggest getting that."
"I've been going to Ding Tea ever since they opened in Lawrence, though their hours and having to go downtown are sometimes inconvenient. I remembered reading about Presotea in the LJWorld, though just hadn't been able to try it.Decided to stop it while waiting for my take out from Little Saigon to be ready. The staff were happy to answer my questions about the different milk tea's they offer. The Panda milk tea came with white and black boba, something I'd never tried before, and was quite good. Sugar levels were adjustable (I can't stand 100% sugar in milk tea) and so was the amount of ice.Overall, a pleasant experience! If only they had punch cards like Ding Tea."
"Got a small hot hazelnut latte and a small iced caramel latte. Both were good. I went in the drive thru, which is great if you can't go inside. The menu is easy to read and there are a lot of options. But the ounces are not listed on the menu outside. So when she handed me the drinks, the small hot latte seemed like an extra small! I looked up the menu later and saw that the hot is 8oz and the iced is 12oz. Might want to add the ounces on the menu outside, especially for people who haven't been there before and didn't know. I didn't know that the hot and iced were different sizes."
"Heard this is the new go-to boba tea in town. Very impressed with the decor and how clean the place is. The owner is very friendly and sweet. Great customer service and good drinks. We ordered honeydew star & creme brûlée boba tea. And both are very tasty. This will be our regular spot from now on."
"This is a hidden gem right off I70/US 40. It reminds me of the boba tea I would have when I lived in Southern California!! I highly recommend the oolong, 1/4 sweet, with regular boba."
"10/10, this place was so good.Lots of options, include lactose free ones. The store itself is so cute, and their little logo is a bao bao (bun/dumpling). Tried their taro at 70% sweet (hint, you really only need 50%!) and added some boba. It came with flan.Super smooth, flavorful, sweet, and milky. I drank that thing so fast. The bobas are sweet as well. Not hard like some other places. And the lids that they use are also so cute! This is one of my top boba places in all of KC."
"We went to Bo Lings for lunch today. It had been awhile but it was absolutely delicious. Mongolian beef is one of my favorites and it didn't disappoint. Hubby ordered the crispy beef and I may have a new favorite dish. Both dishes were tasty. The crab ragoon was good also but more standard. We were their first customers. They sat us quickly and the service was very good."
"This boba shop has the cutest decorations inside. I love coming here and getting boba. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will make sure you enjoy the drink you ordered. I love how many flavor combinations you can come up with! The place is very clean and has clean bathrooms. Overall this is a super cute hangout spot where you can get a sweet treat in Liberty!"
"Must stop place! Great drinks, and even better service! The owner is almost always there to greet you herself, and is always eager to learn what her customers want. While there are several drink options available, if you don't see what you want, she will be happy to make yours custom as well"

Great donuts, friendly service. The best news, reasonably priced. Forget about those boutique donut shops with inflated prices. This place will satisfy your donut appetite with money left in your pocket. Great Kolaches and Breakfast Burritos if you want some protein.

This is a great place for some Asian cuisine! My absolute favorite is the stir fry green beans and is what I get every time. Another great dish, an appetizer, Szechwan Won Tons. My personal recommendations besides the previous 2 are; Pad Thai, Kung Po Chicken, Rice in the Bamboo Pot - Beef Teriyaki, Wonton Soup and steamed vegetables. My favorite cocktail is the "Lush". It's nicely decorated with lovely plants in the front windows which adds to the charm. All of the staff is nice and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes when they are crowded the service is a little slow but overall I highly recommend this nice spot in Lawrence Kansas. A little side note they have about 20 different bubble teas, milk and fruit.

Finally a cute tea shop without having to go all the way downtown! I can't wait until we get to a point where I would be able to go there with study materials or a friend. The vibe is cozy and charming, with lots of plants like real orchids and sanserveria. The staff is always friendly and I love that this place also does pretty regular specials and seasonal themed drinks. It's convinced me to try things like winter melon hojicha that became a favorite right away!

I went with a friend who loves this place and insisted that I tried it. I'm new to boba so I didn't know what to expect. The lady who took my order was super patient as I asked a million questions and helped me choose a good non milk option for my tea. The tea itself is good, but I'm not a fan of boba. The texture is kinda weird and I'm typically not a person who gets weirded out by texture. I'm glad I tried it though. I'll definitely go back, but I just want the drink without the boba next time.

"This cute Korean boba spot is located in college town lawrence KS, my boyfriend and I were looking around and happen to come across this very hidden gem ! Although Parking is always a struggle in this area there is always off the street parking. But anyway back to the location. It is super cute light pink inside with a really soft vibe inside with a lot of drink choices! I got the blue herbal drink which was sooo good and had a light taste to it just how I love my drinks and my boyfriend had the mango strawberry which was a little on the sweeter side, they were both very good! Will definitely be returning when in the area"
"I love supporting new local businesses, especially ones owned by women, so I was excited to visit Alice Scoopers. As we live in the Northland, we made the trip over on Saturday afternoon, eager to try their ice cream. When we arrived, there was just one person scooping, so we waited a few minutes while Corbin, the friendly and attentive scooper, finished with another customer. He guided us through the array of flavors, even offering samples of some standout options. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of music-inspired flavors like Start Me Up and Crazy Train adding a fun twist. I ended up with three scoops-- Sea and Sand, Golddigger and Name Game. Each had a rich, delicious taste, although we both found the salted vanilla in Sea and Sand to be a bit too salty for our liking. The Northland is growing fast, but small-batch ice cream shops are still a rarity. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by Alice Scoopers for some unique and tasty flavors--or grab a refreshing Boba while you're there!"
"One of my go to boba places. My favorite drink from here is their brown sugar crème brûlée. The drinks are creative and taste delicious!"
"Best bubble tea in town! Authentic flavor and the staff is super nice! My go to is always the Pana Cotta Milk Tea or Aiyu Lemonade! The shop is a cozy bubble tea shop to meet up with friends or just catch up with anyone!"
"Hmm...wouldn't you expect to see newspapers at a place called Street Corner News? Details, details..They did however, have quite a selection of flavored hookah tobacco, cigars, and imported cigarettes. Also, your basic selection of candy, cold drinks and snacks. Not much else to report on this little convenient tobacco shop. Really."
"If you know of a better place to get a strawberry smoothie with boba, please send me a message and let me know! This is quite likely the best I've found in KC. I agree with other commenters that I wish they would tone down their sugar level, but I am deeply impressed at the array of options and the quality of the drinks - the fruit is delightful and the tapioca was perfect. Deeply impressed by our first couple visits, and looking forward to dropping by next time we're in the area."
"Lots of bubble tea options along with a variety of coffee drinks hot or cold. Friendly and fast service. The place is beautifully decorated for the holidays right now. We ordered the cotton candy drink, passion fruit tea, Ube coffee latte- cold, and the caramel coffee w sea salt latte- hot. Will be back to try their waffle desserts."
"Just opened in the Overland Park and definitely a tea shop to look out for! They specialize milk tea drinks by sourcing organic teas, using fresh fruit, and making their own homemade whip cream. The drinks were perfect for my tastebuds - you can tell the cream is fresh cause it doesn't leave behind a waxy coating on the roof of your mouth. The drinks themselves weren't sweet at all and well balanced! And, they have options for you to add additional toppings! At the tea shop they want to share the culture with you! It's a very instagramable spot and they have outfits for you to try on too!"
"I finally made my first visit to Bo Lings and enjoyed every moment. Next time I'll take pictures of my food before it's devoured . The service was amazing and the ambiance perfect. It's a great place for a date night or just to have a great group outing. The saki was wonderful. I can't remember the name of the saki that I tried but it was slightly sweet and creamy. The sweet and sour chicken was the bomb.com. The menu has so many options that I do plan to go back and try more of their food and saki. It's a bit pricey compared to other asian restaurants but it's worth it."
"My new favorite boba place in town! This place just opened, and we love boba and were excited to try. Super cute decor and chill vibes. The staff was friendly and came by to check on us to make sure everything was good! Good service overall.- Brown sugar Oreo fresh milk with boba (4.5/5): I usually get boba less sweet, but I wanted to try it the way it came. It was pretty sweet but yummy overall! The Oreo was a perfect crunch, and the boba tasted fresh. Next time I'll try half sweet.- Taro milk tea with boba (4/5): Good milky taro flavor. My husband thinks it could be more sweet, but I like how it came. It's pretty much your standard taro milk tea. - Pork roll banh mi sandwich (4/5): I was surprised how delicious this was! Lots of fresh toppings for a crunch, and the pate made the sandwich very flavorful. A bit too much bread vs meat/topping ratio. The portion size is a bit small too, but so tasty!"
"Nice to have a bubble tea place in central OP! It is in a convenient location. The drinks were reasonably priced and not too sweet. The girl working there explained what stickman was- a sugary stick you can have with the boba."
"Not gonna lie, kinda shocked that I was able to find such an authentic tea spot in the middle of Olathe! I'm currently living in San Diego and this is pretty on par to the quality of tea that we have here which is awesome :)My favorite thing to get is the iced HK style milk tea, 70% sweetness! If you've never had it before, I would say that it's a very very strong tea flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Very similar to something you might get in actual Hong Kong!! The owner is super kind and from HK herself. She is great at suggesting new drinks to try!I LOVE the vibe of this tea shop, lots of open space and a good amount of seating (and a cute couch). The parking lot is fairly large so parking shouldn't be an issue. Definitely swing by if you've been looking for a good and authentic tea spot. Best one in town!!!"
"Very easy to order. Nice staff. Quick service. Incredibly clean environment. Tasty drinks!!"
"Four stars since their milk teas tasted more sweet than actual tea to me. But then again, I also tend to like my drinks a bit stronger in tea flavor. Their fruit teas though are delicious! Definitely recommend the strawberry sangria!Love the little snacks, plushies, and charms they sell inside. It makes waiting for the drink more fun!"
"My husband and I stopped at this cafe while walking around in the heat. We were itching to try a refreshing tea and this place didn't disappoint. It provided exactly what we needed, a refreshing beverage. I ordered the sunshine pineapple peach lemonade with coconut jelly. It was very refreshing and tasted delicious. I would have gulped it down in 2 seconds if the coconut jelly didn't slow me down. The staff there was so nice too! The lady behind the counter fawned over my daughter (we were the only ones in the store at the time). She was very personable and so friendly. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular, but even if you are just visiting and in need of something refreshing in this heat, it is definitely worth a trip."
"Exciting to have a good boba/milk tea place in the Northland! If you don't see what you're looking for don't be afraid to ask because they may have it & it's just not on their menu or will try to make you something close to what you're looking for. I ordered a mango passion fruit tea and when I asked if it was made with green or black tea, the lady said green but she could make it with black if I'd like! They offer your typical adjustments in sweetness & ice levels. Also offer a loyalty punch card. It's a cute little spot. Not a lot of seating so definitely caters to more pop in and out while you're running errands. I'll definitely be back!"
"Great tea and phin selection. I got a classic humans my daughter got ube taro milk tea with boba. She says 5/5 and I agree!"
"First and foremost, don't let the exterior of the building scare you away. Yes, it looks sketchy at best but inside you will find a clean, inviting atmosphere. The service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I'm no authority on Japanese cuisine so I don't know a lot about it. But, we had the Hibachi chicken and the Hibachi steak. Both were absolutely delicious. The rice even had a good flavor. Try the complimentary onion soup. Very tasty but you need to like onions. Not a big fan of sushi but they have a large selection to choose from. Sushi lovers should like it here. Parsons needed another choice for lunch and dinner. We are adding it to our list of regular places to eat."
"Cutest boba spot I have ever been too! Inside of the store is beautiful and have many places to sit, as well as outlets if you come to study or work. Boba is great!"
"My partner and I got a craving for some boba on a busy Saturday. We got a Brown Sugar Coffee and Brown Sugar Cream Cheese. Both are stellar! The servers were very busy taking orders and making drinks but they served my order in less than 5 minutes. While I was waiting on my drink, I noticed they had Macarons and other amazing foods available for purchase that I cant wait to try! When in search for Boba, this is another excellent stop."
"Yummy boba!! My boba tasted freshly made, soft and warm and soooo yummy! They have yummy pastries too. We got a cheesecake basque. In the back they also have a cool little spot for kids to play. Definitely coming back soon!"
"Bruu Cafe is my new favorite Boba place in Kansas City area. I've been trying many Boba places around the greater KC area and I like Bruu the best because of their selection, freshness, taste, and seasonal menu items. Bruu is located at a nice environment with relaxing chairs and a fun swing too.We ordered at a Kiosk and received our drinks 5 minutes later. They usually have something new like Butterbeer or Mangos. Favorites so far are the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea and Butterbeer with Crystal Boba. The Butterbeer is just as good as the one at Universal's Wizarding World. Their Milk Bread and Mochi Donut Ball went well with the drinks, we usually order one of their desserts."
"This place is great! Went in on the second opening day and it's not bad! The place took over what used to be "Boba KC" and all the old workers still work at this new place! As for the Boba itself, it's fantastic! I had the Honeydew Boba Smoothie and it was delicious! The Boba pearls were nice and soft and had a great texture. The smoothie was well blended and not overly sweet like some places. The location is great for this part of town, as these parts don't have another place to get great Boba Tea. All in all however, this place is a must go to if you're a Boba enthusiast or if you're just looking for a good drink! Come give it a shot and see what you think!"
