Byrd's Pecan Delights

We stopped here when we got gas as we're driving from the Quad cities to Dallas. What a great pitstop for us. I got the pecan pie milkshake and it was perfect so much pecan and it was actually thick enough to eat with a spoon. I had the ham and turkey club, and it was made with both cheese and barbecue sauce. It was very good. My wife had the chicken bacon ranch Panini. I'm not saying I took a few bites of hers, but it was delicious. I would highly recommend this place, as it is so convenient to the highway and well worth the stop.

So yummy and pleasing to the eye. Went there for lunch and ordered the chicken salad wrap with a side of broccoli salad. I'm accustomed to broccoli salad having bacon and this had almost 1/2 strips of bacon! The chicken salad has a nice balance of fruit, chicken and crunchy pecans and celery. It's enough for two people and I'm a big eater! I didn't know tortillas were made that big. The milkshake and dessert options are a pleasant surprise. You can get any slice of their homemade pie in your milkshake! There's also cookies, scones, cake pops packages to take home and area honey products, crafts and of course MO pecans to take home.

Bryd's is famous for their pecans pie shake and now I know why. They start off with their homemade ice cream then place a generous scoop of their pecan pie filling, add milk and 'shake' into a magnificent treat. I loved that the small was actually small (weird concept, I know!)

A local favorite! Highly recommend to everyone that comes to town! Great staff, amazing owner and awesome food! Milk shakes are soooo good too!

love this place! highly recommend the club, bbq chicken panini, enchilada soup and any of their desserts!! never had anything that was 5 star! ordered 5 meals to go and was ready in great timing!

Cute little place in the small town of Adrian, which to me is a hidden gem. Lots of different types of pecans (like chocolate or cinnamon coated), ground coffees/teas, and locally made honey and jams. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to sit down and eat, but their menu looked very intriguing! I will definitely make more trips here from south Lee's Summit.

Terrible service, and it costed way too much money. The food isn't even good and they need to higher more workers but it seems that she fires all the good workers

We ordered the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits themselves were wonderful but together they were over the top delicious! My husband got the fully loaded pig sandwich and he said it was great too. We will be back!

Service was exemplary. The food took a while to make but the pig delight tasted very good, would have preferred the Texas toast to be crispier but it is what it is. I'll be back when I'm in town again.
