Biggs Burger and Firebird Burger are both juicy monsters. Top tier burgers, bit pricey and you might have heart problems if you ate here consistently, but man is it a good damn burger.

Stopped in for dinner and grabbed a jay hog burger. Burger want bad just wish restaurant would quit ruining their burgers with American cheese. Overall it was a good burger. Fries were nice and hot. Place was really busy. They had some podcast or radio show going that was interviewing local high school athletes which was kind of nice to see local places sporting their schools.

We love the food here and come often. We mostly get takeout and eat the food at home. I love their veggie burger and fries. This time we ate at the restaurant for a change. We were kind of turned off by the dirty, sticky ketchup and mustard containers. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. The carpet was a little gross as well.

Husband and I ordered ahead this evening...our first time to try food here. It was definitely a great choice....delicious sandwiches. He ordered the grilled chicken club and I had the California burger with avocado, tomato, and onion. Both were "5 star" delicious. Will return!

Burger was good, nothing really special. Fries were absolutely soaked with grease. There very large helpings, but neither my wife or I ate hardly any as they were so heavy and saturated with grease.

The prices were fair, the food had a very specific taste, and I always got a large portion of fries. Back in November I went in for the first time in a while and everything was different. The breading on the onion rings and fried pickles, the burger, the fries, I mean EVERYTHING tasted different. Whatever made it taste like "Biggs" rather than any other joint, was no longer there. I emailed them based off of the contact info on their website and asked if they changed suppliers? Or maybe it was just a temporary supply issue? I never received a response. I'm hesitant to try again and be disappointed!

We have never had a bad burger at Burgers by Biggs. Just love them! The burgers are large and juicy. Their fries are also outstanding. We have always experienced excellent service at this restaurant.

This place used to be decent lower risk place for a fast celiac friendly meal, in my experience. The last two I've ordered from here, I've gotten glutened. I'm not sure if they've changed the procedures, gotten lax with food allergies and needs, or changed products. Either way I cannot anymore recommend this as a place to get a decent GF meal.
