Bullwinkle's Bar

The remodeled Bull is so nice I can't believe it is the same bar that was famed for cheap beer and underage drinking. I was there on a Thursday night in the summer, so it was not super crowded and the people who were there were very chill, so cannot speak to the crowd that is there on Friday and Saturday (seems like the same old crowd--which is to say very young college students that make me feel ancient), but on Thursday with the $2 drink specials and the large patio, this could be my new neighborhood hangout.As mentioned, the patio is super nice, twice as large as the old patio, and the bathrooms were also nice and very clean. The bartender did not know what I wanted when I orders my standard vodka diet single tall, but otherwise a good stop.

A great mix of indoor and outdoor areas. The music is loud, the drinks and cheap, and there's always a good special. This is my favorite spot in the barmuda triangle.

Best bar in town... Maybe the world. Best bartenders in Lawrence. Tuesday's they have live music and creates a great atmosphere.

The interiors are horrible... very sterile and no soul anymore. The least they could do is switch out the lights for 2700k, that would make the atmosphere bearable.

Wish the time was correct on when it was open. Tried to grab a beer during my lunch break.

Just drove by there on Saturday night and the place was so packed there was a line out to the street. People had on masks, but there is no way social distancing is happening. Not cool.

Easily my favorite Bar experience in Lawrence. The staff is incredibly friendly and the drinks are quite well made. Clean and well maintained. Also the deals are more than generous.

last night it was my 21st bday and i had a shooter of grey goose in my bad and the bouncer took it which i thought was fuck up but ok
