Build-A-Bear Workshop

My kids absolutely love this place. The employees are also so cheerful and friendly. Making a bear sometimes can be scary for little kids and they make a whole experience out of it and made my little girl feel safe. She had a lot of fun with being able to stuff her bear herself and they even let you put a heart in it! We went for her birthday bear they give out. (You pay the price your child is turning), so it was such a good deal as she was turning 2! She loved her bear(was just a generic brown bear, but you can get birthday accessories that were inexpensive as well). There's a station were you can "wash and brush" your bear even! And they have a station of computers were you can name and personalize your bear to make it truly your own. This is absolutely a place I will make a tradition of taking my kiddos back to every birthday! So special!

This store needs a new Manager. I just spoke with Ms. Jerry. I was inquiring about availability as I am in need of a gift. Store just opened 13 minutes ago. She was rushing me off the phone so I asked if she is busy I can hold for someone else. She said, "no one else is here" in a agry tone. She seemed irritated throughout the entire conversation. I was shocked when I asked who the Manager was and she replied that she was! Ms. Jerry lacks friendliness, an upbeat attitude, and a poor management style!

Nice BAB location. Seems bigger than the other locations Employees were friendly and helpful. My daughter loves coming here!

Was my son's first time in there and the staff member named Sue was the most amazing help. She helped my 2 year old through from start to finish. Although the animals are pretty pricey they are great quality. Thanks Sue!

The staff that works here are always friendly and helpful. The inside appears to be organized and roomy.

I took my daughter in for her 5th birthday. The store is nice and clean.My first impression was that the staff was very friendly and helpful as the lady greeted us and was very sweet to my little girl. She got her a birthday sticker and was showing her all the animals. She lost all of my respect as the process went on and she would suggest an ad-on to me and after I would say no thank you (sometimes even twice no thank you) she would later offer the same option to my 5 year old and then make me the bad guy saying no to stuff my daughter wouldn't have even known about if the lady would have respected my "NO". I get that this is a sales job, but if a parent says no, please don't turn around and try to entice the kid into begging for it. My daughter left happy, but this could have been a horrible visit if my child hadn't understood no better than the sales lady did. I will personally never return to this store.
