Amazing customer service, we love the store dogs. The amount of selection is incredible as well. The prices are good too, its a great experience overall. I would come again.

Love this place! Sadie is a very nice and hardworking woman and you can tell through the creative execution of her place. The items to choose from are adorable and there is a range of items for people of all ages. I would definitely recommend coming here!

We had a GREAT time at Brookside ceramics. We brought in our own drinks and a few snacks and had a great day painting! Sadie, the owner, was fun, helpful and is a true artist. She helped me draw what I wanted to paint and helped us pick out great colors. I definitely plan to go back with a bottle of wine for a ladies night as well. What a great addition to the neighborhood for any kids or adult that loves art.

Sadie is a theft. (and I think Employment Security would agree). ... and I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Brookside Ceramics. Despite initially having some confidence in her service, based on my shallow Google search, I am left with nothing but extreme frustration and regret. The details are better shared in the court of law. But the purpose of this review is to assist others in making an informed decision about choosing to spend their money. I would be just fine with never visiting this space again, but the dilemma that presents is that the owner has refused to provide the items that I paid for and has failed to issue a refund. Even with the assistance of law enforcement, she still has declined. This is completely unacceptable. I noticed the lack of professionalism upon my initial visit, but to my dismay I continued to proceed with entering into a financial transition. Not only have I lost money with this business, but I also continue to waste valuable time dealing with this business; attempting to retrieve my items/money. I strongly advise others to avoid this business at all costs. If after reading this review and you still choose to spend money here, I strongly suggest that you take a picture of your items, save you receipt and have some form of documentation of what to expect in future transitions. However, I would recommend saving yourself the headache and find a more reliable and trustworthy service. On a scale from 0-10, I'd say just look elsewhere.

The store owner is very unprofessional and her hours that are posted do not match the hours she is open, she is slow does not try to accommodate the customer and all out just stuck up and rude. I would not recommend this place at all i have been to better.

We had a reservation for a group in the party space which was not ready when we arrived. We waited 30+ minutes to be served while walk-ins were accommodated prior to our group. The selection of affordable items is poor. The space is notably untidy.

What a fun place. My granddaughter and I have gone here twice to create painted gifts for the family. The ceramic choices are varied and lovely. Fit for any occasion. Sarah is so helpful giving suggestions on how to create the best results.
