Brass Rail Sports Bar & Grill

Came here for Monday night football game. It was decently filled up. There was definitely a shortage of waiters and kitchen cooks ‍. Food came out pretty slow. No big deal since we were sitting for a while to watch the game anyways. Just your average bar food lol. Fried mushrooms were pretty good though. I thought about getting loaded tots as a meal. I'm glad I didn't, to be honest haha. They were a little disappointing. The place is really cute overall though. I like the vibe. It's really big. Pool tables and shuffle board available. Waiter also mixed up the drinks on the tab and put all the apps on one tab... but not a huge deal lol. Just though I'd let the people know haha!

Big spot. Great for parties and distancing when it isn't super crowded. Beer selection is good, fried food is great. Mixed drinks are largely a no-go.

Great drinks good food, good place to watch sporting events on their tv's. Locate in a nice area.

Great atmosphere, lots of entertainment, pool, darts, food and drinks.Good selection of beers.The pork tenderloin sandwich hit the spot, satisfying that craving. Fish and chips were good, more than I could eat. The burgers and Cubano looked good.The wait staff was attentive and social.

If you're a true Northlander, you know the Brass Rail. Why? Because it never disappoints! With an extensive drink selection, knowledge staff, and great large-bar ambiance it's the perfect spot the catch a game, hang out with friends, or have a quiet conversation. The barroom hosts a field of pool tables, tvs, darts, with a variety of high top tables and booths throughout. We go to the BR often and whether we're with a large group or just the two of us for a night cap, we always have an exciting experience!

Food decent, large place lots of TVs with sports but usually have loud juke box playing. Plenty of pool tables if your thing. Service is either very good or like tonight very bad. Sat at bar for 15 minutes-no one! Sat at a table, took a bit but finally. Yet lots of help standing around. Hello management?!

Lots of issues so I will start with the most minor and work my way up to the most severe. Ordered blue cheese dressing with my buffalo chicken sandwich. They served me ranch.Waiter disappeared for a long while. Found out later he had to leave to go pick up his kid and he returned later.Was attempting to enjoy this evenings NFL games, but every time an individual purchased a hard core rap song on the jukebox, all the TVs volumes muted so the song could be heard.Now for the most severe issue encountered this evening. A piece of a chicken wing bone somehow made it into the batter that they coat their fries. Since it blended in with the fries, I did not notice it and ended up messing up a tooth pretty bad. I will see what options I have with the tooth repair tomorrow when I go see my dentist. Although the waiter apologized, I would have expected the manager to come out and discuss the issue in further detail with me. Did not happen. I paid my bill and left. I won't be returning.

The service was great with the waiter being very attentive. We requested that the Arkansas/BYU game be put on one of the TVs and they changed it right away. The BBQ bacon cheddar burger was pretty decent and the Buffalo chicken sandwich was good. The tater tots were pretty mediocre but the fries were fine.

Bar tenders are terrible, they dont know how to make drinks, dont know their counts on shots, Bar tender was completely rude and ignored me when i asked her fora cup after server took my glass away, knowing i was still drinking. The thing is simple, if you dont like your job, please find something else. Ive worked as a bartender before yet never have i ever ignored a guest. No professionalism at all!! Not coming back again!
