Beyond impressed with Brant's professionalism, talent, and personal touch he gives to his craft! We were visiting from out of town and needed family pictures of my mom, husband, & 3 kids (ages 3-10). He was so personable you felt like you've known him forever! It was hard to pick out our favorites from the shoot! The amount of patience and professionalism shown by Brant was incredible. He captured so many precious moments and was able to keep our kids engaged through the whole session. Brant took his time, getting to know us on a personal level before doing anything else, and as a result the quality of his work is not simply in the photos, but the experience, and the ultimate result. Brant was able not just to capture moments, but they distill them in such a way as to capture the beauty and soul of what is going on around them. You will not be disappointed. I wish Brant lived in our city, because if so he would be our photographer for all our special family photo sessions!

We hired Brant for our intimate wedding ceremony and we highly recommend him. We had a very specific list of what we hoped from a photographer, and we did not have a lot of lead-time. Of all the quotes we received his was the one that addressed all our requests as specified. We loved Brant's portfolio of past work, especially his use of light and composition. So, it was an easy decision for us, and we are glad we chose Brant. He did a beautiful job and had great energy throughout the session. As I said before, we highly recommend Brant for your next event or a family gathering.

My husband I recently visited Kansas City for a family reunion and to celebrate his 60th Birthday. It was the first time we had all been together in five years. I found Brant on Yelp and booked him to come to the Birthday Party and take some great family photos. Brant was a DREAM to work with. He was flexible and easy-going as to what time we would start the photo shoot. He got there early and waited patiently as everyone got Dolled Up. He had professional lighting and equipment, he was careful to get all the shots I had requested and was agreeable to any suggestions. In less than two weeks I received some incredible shots from the evening and I could not be happier with the results. Everyone looks great and the quality of the shots are clear. Wanted to get my headshots​ done before the holiday because I knew I would gain about an extra 5lbs during the festive time. I did my research and decided to go with Brant and I am so glad I did. We spoke on the phone, then we met and discussed wardrobe and what looks I was going for. Headshots can be a stressful process and if you are​ serious about your brand you understand the impact they can have on your career​. Brant is wonderful! From his yelp page, looks like he actually specializes in headshots but I had hired him to showcase products for my bakery. He was referred by a catering company who gave him such high praise that I gave him a call. He's very responsive and takes the time to understand what you want. Yet, he still finds way to offer his own ideas to bring the vision to the next level. The shoot was efficient and fun, felt like an afternoon with a friend rather than with a hired vendor. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Brant. He is a true professional with such an incredible, artistic eye, and an ease about him that makes even the least photogenic of individuals (such as myself) look like a star in front of the camera. I worked with Brant back in 2013 on some professional headshots and natural/yoga pictures for my Health Coaching website and practice. From start to finish, he made the process a true joy. I've worked with many reputable photographers since (for wedding, more professional photos, engagement, maternity, family, etc), and none have produced such excellent results. I loved nearly all of the photos from our 3+ hour session on the Santa Monica beach and I had an impossible time selecting the best. His eye is uncanny, and he excels at selecting the best angles for flattering, gorgeous, NATURAL photos. None of my intrinsic awkwardness showed in the photos and he amazingly managed to capture the exact essence I'd been hoping for (candid, natural, happy, vibrant, real, beautiful), yet had never succeeded at achieving with other photographers. Let me elaborate a bit on the process. Brant worked with my schedule and also brought a makeup artist with him to the shoot at a very reasonable rate. The makeup artist (I forget her name) did a stellar job at achieving a natural yet enhanced look in record time, all while sitting outdoors on a picnic bench. Once I was good to go, Brant directed me towards the locations, angles and positions that would best capture my goals, since I had no idea what specifically I was looking for other than good shots to promote my business and showcase who I am. After seeing the final results, it was obvious that Brant has a natural talent for understanding his clients and making them shine! He was so patient with me through multiple outfit and location changes, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Even when I was falling out of yoga poses, he somehow managed to capture the perfect moment that made me look like a yoga pro. He sees and captures only the best with his camera. To this day, I hold Brant in high regards as the best photographer I've had the privilege of working with. I couldn't recommend him more and I promise he is worth every penny and more. After living in LA for 20 years I have accumulated a lot of headshots for my various artistic and business endeavors. However more recently I wanted a photo that would capture my personality in how it relates to my clients. And for this I know not only a talented photographer is necessary but one whom I can have an instant report with in order to let my personality come through the lens. And Brant delivered both. My session was easy, relaxed and very productive.
