Bowlero Overland Park

Went here because I had a promo for a free game. The game was free but didn't include shoe rentals. Not a big deal though. Used to be an AMF back in the day and you can see a lot of the remnants of it both inside and out. Customer service wasn't the greatest. The man up front, I believe his name was Doug seemed very reluctant to help us. When we arrived he was more concerned about a broken lane and told us to wait and that he'll be right back. There was also a couple of people who spoke directly at him including a woman who just wanted to say thank you on her way out and he just ignored them both. As far as the place itself, It's pretty easy to find your way around but not a fan of how the bowling balls are sorted. You pretty much have to go to other unoccupied lanes to search for a ball if your lane doesn't have what you're looking for. Wasn't a huge fan of the red ambiance either. I only bowled the one game but I'm not sure I could stay here for several hours under the red lights. Just doesn't feel too inviting.

I came here since I had a promo to bowl a free game. When I presented the offer, the staff member had to get another member to put it into the system. They did not seem very enthusiastic to help or honor it. I rented shoes and played additional games at cost. I am not sure if it has been that long since bowling but it turned out to be fairly expensive so I would definitely go during promo days/nights. The facility itself seemed clean and organized. I was able to orient myself around and find everything. I did not try any of the food or beverages but the specials seem enticing. Overall the experience felt very mediocre. Nothing out of the normal here and I'll be back to bowl on other nights. Simple and straightforward experience.

We decided to stop here on a Wednesday night after dinner just to check out the place. It is our first time here at this Overland Park location. It's a great place to have fun with friends and family. They play great music while we were there. You can order food and there is a full bar. Plenty of bowling lanes. Price was reasonable during the week. 3 games plus $5 arcade for around $17. We had a fun time and will definitely be back.

Bowlero is terrible! Have had 2 extremely poor experiences in this building. The most recent was a PBA win-a-spot where my new equipment was damaged due to OSHA policies; they don't oil the first 2 feet of the lane!I strongly recommend to support a family owned bowling centers and stop supporting such poor quality, overpriced service and product.

it's an ok location if you're looking for a small scene. It has a lot of potential, the food is not to die to for but the drinks are decent.

They overall boosted everything and run amazing deals and we have become very close with the staff. They are nice caring and fast. We suggest this place for customer service and they bowling passes . There lanes arnt amazing quality all of the time though.

It was fine overall. Nothing super special but at a much higher price point than other bowling alleys. Gone are the days of the family owned bowling alley. If you can, go somewhere else and spend the money instead of dropping $80 for two people to bowl for an hour.

Went on a Thursday night while league were on other lanes, our lane has absolutely no oil at all and the ball return broke halfway through our 2 games. Charges way too much for what you get and something like this has never happened to me at any other bowling alley in the area.

Had a birthday party here. Booking was pretty easy and was relatively cheap compared to alternatives. Arcade left a lot to be desired but the overall party went well. Will be much better when the kitchen reopens.

I took a summer camp here on two different days and was assisted by two different crews. Both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient with the 12 young kids I had with me. The facility is clean, updated, and well maintained. It's a far cry from what it used to be under previous ownership! Highly recommend.
