The Bulgogi Bowl (Korean Beef) was soooo tasty! The egg was cooked over medium to perfection, with the yolk running out just at the right time. The flavors of everything burst in your mouth with every bite. What a had was delightfully delicious, but I'm curious to see how it will taste with noodles instead of rice. Overall, a must try indeed!

I got the bulgogi bowl on top of noodles. I loved the mix of ingredients, with the lettuce and dressing and the bowl sauce with the noodles, it was all delicious and the differing the textures heightened the bowl. I would definitely go back to try a different dish.

Our Kansas City Food Tour. Union Hill Historic Cemetery had their first food truck Friday of the year today. They will have food truck Friday every third Friday of the Month till September.I wish I had a picture but my phone was dead at lunch today. Bop n bowl is yum. 1 word yum! I had their spicy pork bowl with an egg on top and it was totally delish. They had quite a few bowls to choose from, chicken, pork, beef, and bulgogi bowls. In addition they had fried rice, pot stickers and a few other choices. All of the vegetables were fresh, crisp and had wonderful color for a beautiful food presentation, oh I wish my phone wasn't dead. Prices were very reasonable too 9.00 for a bowl with lots of meats, veggies and rice.I highly recommend this food truck for a wonderful Korean dish you will not be disappointed in. I also recommend food truck Fridays at Union Hill Historic Cemetery on the third Friday of each month through September. They had 4 food trucks, live music and lot of tables for people to sit out and enjoy the food and music.

While not listed on the usual rotation for food trucks at our office, I was more than pleased with the food from Bop n Bowl outside today. The heavenly chicken fried rice bowl was loaded with tons of chicken, vegetables, and sliced egg but not overpowered with rice so I felt like I got value for my money. The sauce was delicious. The man helping me offered me a sample of a Korean peach soda that I would most likely buy next time as I waited for my food to be prepped. I would definitely recommend and return to this truck.
