The games were fun. They had something for all ages. We went during the early afternoon so there wasn't too large a crowd. The prices were what you would expect - but I had to take stars off for the food. We ordered two of the large "16 inch" pizzas for our group. They brought out the pizzas on the 16 inch pans - they were 12-13inches at best. Extremely thin and the sauce/toppings were far from the crust. I'm not impressed. We even asked the server about whether we were brought the right size, but were told that it was. They didn't even try to make it right. $40 on two of these disappointments. No thank you, we won't make that mistake again.

When you are looking for a little family fun, Bonkers is the way to go! With food, an arcade, and a play area for kids you simply can't go wrong.Every time I've been to Bonkers the staff has always been enthusiastic and friendly, ready to help in anyway they can! The games they offer are great too, I wish there were a few more, but I'm glad to see that they change them out every now and then to keep things interesting. If you're looking for a place to take the kids or have some fun on a date after you catch a movie, then Bonkers is your place to go!

Got a great deal on Groupon for a "Family Fun Pack," so decided to try it! Very family friendly, super affordable, and plenty to keep the kids entertained. The adventure zone climbing area was super fun, my whole family joined in! The only thing I would suggest fixing is the point card system. Several of the machines would take points off the card when swiped, but then the game would simply not start or the card system would freeze. Definitely something to detract from the experience, but not a big deal. Overall, spent a great couple of hours here with my family on a Sunday afternoon, and will probably be back, especially if I find another Groupon deal. Thanks, Bonkers!

Great play area with giant climbing maze. Our two-year-old has spent many a cold Saturday or Sunday here. Less than $4 to play all day. Tickets for the arcade games do cost more. But food is actually pretty good and with friendly service. Games and bathrooms have always been clean.

Smells like nasty feet, the place is not maintained at all... The bathroom has vomit on the walls and even after I asked someone to clean it they still left most of it there, very gross, very disappointing. Cheap. But being cheap doesn't mean it has to be trashy.

My kids love this place! Every time we come into town to visit the grandparents Bonkers is a must. Plus they actually have really good pizza. If you aren't a pizza eater they have lots of alternatives. The employees are always nice.

This place seems to be going down hill. Several of the games weren't working, the staff was nice but not very prompt. Prices were reasonable though.

We went to Bonkers on 08/08/2023 and the staff was friendly and the place was fairly clean. We bought some food from their food court and that's where the problem is we got a deal for a half price large cheese Pizza , 3 of the burgers and fries, a 3 piece chicken tender and fries with a pitcher of soda and it cost $85 dollars! Now I wouldn't normally complain however the pizza was absolutely disgusting no flavor basically like eating cardboard. The burger meals were actually 2 little sliders and a small handful of fries and the chicken tenders were a good size but very overcooked and again small handful of fries and the "meals" don't come with drinks so I just can't justify $14 per burger meal and $11 for chicken strips.I could have gotten better food at McDonalds for half the price.... it's pretty sad that the prices are so high for the quality of food they serve .... so I suggest eating before or after and just letting kids play because the food is a waste of your money !

I am so disappointed with how Going Bonkers has gone down hill. We were there for a PTO night out and half the games were broke. A quarter more would allow us to swipe but then wouldn't play the game. The gate to the small children area was broken at some point and poorly fixed. A 1 year old was able to get it open. The pop machine was broken and the only other options were water or milk (which was a gallon jug bought at the local grocery store). The pizza took 30+ minutes. The ticket counter machine was broken. The cotton candy machine was broken. And all that is just things that I saw (there was probably more). All in all super disappointing. We have been patrons of this facility since it opened and am really worried about it's future if they don't start taking care of the place. Especially with Sky Zone right down the street.
