If the machines aren't broken the trainers are hoarding them for their group training. Staff isn't f Rey friendly and they cancel services with no notification. I was actually told to follow them on social media for updates.

Worst experience ever with personal training. I'm 95% sure the trainer(s) there have zero clue what they are doing. I'm at a much higher fitness level than most who go in there and I feel terrible for these women who keep shelling out their money at a high rate but see zero results. I did sign up for another location owned by the same people and hopefully it's ran better and people are more knowledgeable. I'll update my review after a few wks.

I workout at the Olathe Blush! I love the community of gals and all the support I get. It has changed my life. 74lbs down but the biggest thing is non scale achievements! Everyday I accomplish more, run more, lift more or do something new. Workout never the same- highly recommend

Tried to schedule a walk thru.. doors are apparently always locked. "Ring the bell to be let in" I sat there for 15 mins ringing that bell. No one answered to even let me in but you can women on the other side of the door talking and you hear weights move.. so unprofessional. I was so excited to go try this gym out since it's a women based salon and sadly I rather deal with Pervy men starting at me than rude women who ignore me.

I've been a member for about 4 months and it's the best decision I've made! It's a nice gym not too big, not too small, just the right size. The machines are always available and the best part it's an all girls gym so I feel super comfortable. :)

I signed up 3 years ago and it was amazing! The past year have gone downhill. Very dirty, vending machine was broken for weeks, no trainers like it used to. There is a worker that brings her child which I have no issue with. The issue I have is he is roaming around unsupervised and I had an incident where he had got ahold of a spray bottle containing bleach solution. He opened my locker and sprayed my items and they were ruined. I canceled my membership immediately.

I have never had a worse experience with a gym than the one I had with Blush Fitness.When I first got my membership, everything was fine. Everyone was super nice and the gm, Paige, was very friendly and welcoming. I signed on for a year. After about 8 months in, my fiancé and I decided to get a dual membership with Lifetime Fitness, so I emailed Blush Fitness in March 2022 to see about cancelling after my 12 month membership ended. I received NO response. I messaged the company on facebook, inquiring about my email. They said they would get back to me. No response.After two months of nothing, I finally went into the gym in person. I spoke to Paige, explained what happened. She said they do not take verbal cancellations, but to email blush fitness. I said I had already and they had not replied for two months. Paige said to copy her on my notice of cancellation email. I did so on May 4th, 2022, and finally got a reply and everything was good.Fast forward to yesterday when I get an email from them saying "Thanks for signing up for another year!!" huh?? I email Paige and she emails back saying I need to send a written notice 30 days before my membership ends. I immediately forward my written notice from two months prior and explain that I had already done so, and I don't want to sign up for another year. Paige then tells me to report any other membership inquiries to the blush fitness email, not herself. Pretty sad that the general manager won't even take responsibility for this mess that they have created. I have done everything I was supposed to do and somehow they think they have me signed up for another year. I do not recommend this gym unless you want to be stuck in a membership forever. The gym itself is nice and I have no complaints there, but how my cancellation was handled was extremely unpleasant.

I gave one star because I love the concept of this gym. However, I went to sign up and then less than an hour after I decided I did not want to make the commute to go to a gym that far. I messaged and asked to cancel and for a refund since it was less than an hour after and was told to send an email. I sent an email and was told " its not that far, do you still want to cancel?". I replied saying yes and I wanted a refund just to get zero response. I sent a follow up email the same day with no response back. Sent another email the next day with no response. I sent a message on FB to be told " we will look into it" the next day but nothing further. It was literally less than an hour after, it should not be that hard to cancel and just give me a refund. I'm glad I'm trying to cancel because clearly there is not great customer service unless they are trying to sell you something.

I am paying monthly for a service Blush isn't providing!!!!!!!!I am a year and a half into my membership. About six months in I signed a one year personal training contract.I have been with THREE different trainers. Each trainer has left the facility for one reason or another. On July 13th my trainer had an family emergency and had to reschedule me, and cancel sessions until she returned. ( no reschedule was made) and that same last trainer texted me on July 23rd and let me know she was leaving blush.Since then NO ONE has reached out to reschedule with a different trainer. I tried calling the office, and emailing the office to schedule a sit down to talk about the situation. I couldn't reach anyone via phone so I sent an email stating I wanted to talk with someone. I received back a copy of my agreement to review instead of a scheduled meeting.On August 8th I asked for my training to be either set with another trainer or to just let me out of my contract. I have missed TWO MONTHS of training. Today is August 22nd and yet this is still not resolved. The solution blush gave me was to buy out of my contact by paying 70%WTF I haven't trained in TWO MONTHS because of BLSUH .. not me!! Why should I have to pay to get out of my contract
