Toms of machines and creative weights. Gets really busy every day, especially around 3-4pm. Kept selecting tv channels and just wouldn't change, probably user error.

Let me start with this, beautiful, modern facility that's much better than facilities in the towns/cities here in New York where I live. Unfortunate in my experience the employees working the gym not the folks at the desk are unprofessional and lack respect and should be ashamed. I was visiting the location on vacation with my family as I have family in town. I took my son to get some practice in as he plays on a number of basketball teams where we live and loves the game. I have "coached" him for a while and we try to practice together as a father son thing for a while, you know bonding. I understand NOW the center has a "no coaching" sign which I wasn't aware when I went since it was my first time. There was just me and my son and another person on two full courts, it was empty! My son and I go through our drills and this guy comes up to me and my son and asks me are you coaching? I have no idea what the hell is going on, I replied with a smile yes I coach my son. Then he goes and tells me that there is NO coaching only playing. I was at a loss, so we stopped, with my son telling me that is weird. I then saw a sign saying no coaching which was never told even with this random guy telling me no coaching. I get it, but what's embarrassing is the fact you come up to a father and son trying to get better - there are ways to approach this with some class and understanding, as I am a sensible person too. Totally untrained ego'd employees. Never going back!

My family now pays $135 a month for a membership and I take my kids to play basketball 3 days a week and we can't even do that. We had to leave. BASKETBALL courts are reserved for pickleball and volleyball. It's very frustrating they raised prices and I can't even utilize my membership. I'd understand if the prices were the same but you guys doubled our membership which is absolutely ridiculous. Do better HillTop

Place is overrun with teenagers that have zero semblance of gym etiquette and ignore posted rules. Groups of them wrestling and rough housing in the aisles next to the weight equipment on more than one occasion. Was almost knocked over while trying to rack a 60 lb barbell. Also was working out next to another that was dropping 100 lb+ barbells to the floor from chest height. (On the upstairs gym floor, structurally unsound). Or Sitting on equipment for 10 minutes plus while only doing thumb workouts (texting). Complaining to attendants does no good whatsoever.

Outrageous customer service!!! Neither were the reopening date or new Covid-19 rules communicated to the patrons as their website indicates they would and should. Yet, they resumed earning the fees collected. Since Yelp said they are open, I showed up twice with other gym members and got told do NOT enter. They did not offer any rules at the door except for the sign outside reminding one to wash hands frequently, keep 6 ft. distance and suggested wearing a mask when moving about. First, it was the middle of the day disinfection. I was told at the door that it occurs 12-2 but their website says 12:30-1:30, and the second time, I learned they have increased the minimum age requirement for youth entering the 2nd floor, so only 1/2 of the group could utilize the machines. As a paid customer, when I got emotional about these surprises at the 2nd visit in particular and listed the reasons above, age change and paid customer, they did not like me speaking up. I entered the gym floor solo, just me, while the other party waited at the entrance, and I started to exercise. A few minutes later, Amanda John... told me to leave the premises or she will call police. I stayed to exercise, as I always did in the past since the building opened a few years ago, minding my own business. My tax dollars helped pay for the bldg. construction and my annual fees pay for the exercise!!! 20 min. later, as I exercise on the machine with headphones on, police showed up, threatened me that they will handcuff me unless I stop utilizing the elliptical machine and leave the premises on my own. They did not care about my rights to get the service for what I paid. They did not care about what I had to say. This is outrageous people!!!

This place opened Jan 1, 2017 and no one knew what they were doing. Kids were dribbling basketballs and people were pushing strollers on the running track! No lanes were marked for months to indicate walk or run on the track. Several near accidents occurred on the track with me and my running partner. I've reported mold growing in one of the men's locker room showers. It's yet to be cleaned off. The facility is over staffed with "directors" but not enough workers. This is our tax money at work.

Excellent gym. It's small, quiet, and free of your typical gym junkies and meat heads. Very clean and really a judgement free zone.
