The best company around. I have always had great service with Blue. This time was no different. I was on vacation when a friend staying at my house called and said I think there is something wrong with your air conditioner. I gutted my house in 2018 everything was replaced, so of course I thought this can't be. I called Blue and they came right out. Well there was a major problem with my main unit. It was a Trane so they asked if I wanted them to call Trane and see if there was a warranty on it. I said yes. I had refinanced my home since putting in the unit, Trane's paperwork showed that it had sold and the warranty was no longer valid, the work needing done was going to cost me $6k. I had to call the company that put the system in, they came out, made the same assessment Blue had and charged me almost $200 for it and then came and fixed the warranted part, not for a small fee either. I contacted Blue after I got back from my vacation because I still hadn't received a bill from when they came out. I got an email back saying they make free estimates and I will not be charged for that service. I will always call Blue, you should too!

A very good friend referred us to Blue Heating and Cooling several months ago and I made note of his positive comments about Blue and made a note of his recommendation. Today I required the professional use of HVAC so I contacted them. Blue was able to give me an appointment for this afternoon (was pleasantly surprised because of the 90 plus temperature). Dustin at Blue was on time, very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing the entire time he worked on my system. I was so impressed with his service that I purchased a pre-pay for a yearly maintenance fee so they will check my A/C and Heating twice a year. If you are in need of HVAC, do yourself a favor and contact them first and give them an opportunity to service your heating/air conditioning, you won't be sorry.

In the middle of an early June humid heat wave, Blue came to the rescue by servicing my home air conditioner the same day when called. Saved a lot of suffering for this old retired person and his pets. Thanks, Dustin!

Blue Heating & Cooling, LLC is the BEST!!!Just installed a new Lennox XC17 AC unit last Friday with a very fair price. I LOVE it.Dustin, Brian and Dominic are all very professional technicians. Not only do they know what are they doing, but they keep the work done neatly and are very friendly.Shannon, the office manager, gives the very best customer service that I have ever experienced. She answered all my questions and responded ASAP either by phone or emails.The reason for me to use Blue is because I support local small businesses. Blue is a great company; although I used someone else before, I am loyal to them now. I will use BLUE to maintain my Cooling & Heating system in the future for the rest of my life. I just moved to KC and bought a new house. We had troubles with our AC not pumping air up to our second floor very well and temps were rising. I reached out to Blue Heating and Cooling late at night and they emailed me back right away saying they could have someone help the next day. They also are so reasonably priced. Tony was fantastic and filled with knowledge. He was so polite and made me feel completely comfortable to ask my many questions. He checked everything out, made some adjustments, and now our AC is running well! We finally have cool air! I couldn't be happier with their service and will highly recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again if we ever have any future issues.

No need to look further, Call Blue Heating and Cooling in Parkville. My AC , furnace and hot water heater were long over due to be replaced. For the past few years the furnace and AC would break down every year. Each time the home warranty company would send someone out after waiting several days and patch it up until next year. Did a little research on the type of replacement units I wanted and Called Blue Heating and Cooling. Dustin came out that day said for my house I didn't need the more expensive unit I had in mind. His crew came in at 8am and were done by 3pm. New AC, furnace and hot water heater and cleaned the air ducts a week later. I think it's important to note that Dustin did not try to sell me a more expensive unit but one fit for my house and the professionalism of his crew.

Very helpful person answered phone when i called. Tech was super nice and on time. Great rate for fall and spring furnace/ AC check. Did not try to sell up or sell anything not needed. Just did good work. I will have them back in the spring!
