Heather is very friendly and made the experience great. I got a gel manicure with a green color changing color. I did not take a picture, but it lasted a full three weeks before chipping and I received a ton of compliments the whole time I had them. I love that you are able to book online for convenience. She sends you a text beforehand to make sure you can find the place. She does take card, so that is convenient. I highly recommend if you are in the area!

New in town and looking for a place for good waxing and I came across this place in a Facebook recommendation. Heather has a robust spa in her home and scheduling online was very easy. I had a Brazilian wax and she was quick and painless. I've been waxing a long time and I'm blond and usually there are a few strays leftover but not this time. She obviously understands different skin and hair types and I'm looking forward to trying out a facial next time along with continued waxing services here.

I first want to preface with the lady who runs this business is super nice and accommodating! She operates from her home, which was odd to me at first, but she made it a really great and comfortable space. My experience was enjoyable, but alas, the quality of services rendered where just okay. Let me start with the waxing: I wanted a special bikini was done after several months of neglect due to a move + winter. It's an awkward experience to have your whole woo-ha exposed, but she made it a comfortable experience. The wax job itself, however, was more painful than I'm accustomed to which I'm sure was a combination of the type of wax used and my neglect of junkscaping. I also got a lot of ingrown hairs and red bumps (which I normally don't), even after using Finipil. I suppose it can sometimes come with the territory, but after two years of getting Brazilians done, this was the worst of the waxes I've received "down there." However, the shape and removal was complete (I have blonde hair, so it's easy to miss spots), so after things calmed down, it looked fine. On to the nails: I made an appointment to have a pedicure online and verbally made an appointment to have a basic mani, too. She needed to squeeze me in between clients in order to add the additional service, which was totally fine! The pedicure turned out good, but my manicure was a mess of paint in my cuticles and on my skin. I didn't notice it until I was home because the lighting is relatively dim in her work space. Maybe it was the time constraint? I went home and used my manicure set to fix the edges and cuticles slathered in paint. They also began to chip that night, so I redid my own nails two days later while I was on vacation in FL.

Heather was absolutely amazing! Very easy to schedule, quality service and absolutely no complaints. I got a Brazilian and had my nails done with her and she took her time to make sure i was comfortable and taken care of and let me just say it really pays off. The waxing hurt less and she explained why so that i know what to ask for next time. She took excellent care of my nails so they always looked great. An absolutely phenomenal experience with her!I had to move out of state again but my time with Heather was amazing! I would recommend her with no hesitation!!

What a great little gem of a place! When I found out the spa was in her house, I was little skeptical at first. However, I walked into what felt like a chic and funky salon. I had lash tinting, underarm wax, mani and pedi. Lashes turned out great and you can tell that Heather knows and works with the best products. She also gave me the least painful and best underarm wax that I have ever had. She took her time and gave me a mani and pedi that rivaled any high end spa or hotel that I have ever been at. I plan on become a regular client and I recommend you doing the same!

I had an excellent spa pedicure here today. The spa is in the owner's basement but is not you typical low profile establishment. It was not only comfortable but classy as well. The entire experience was professional yet comfortable. The pedicure quality and time spent was well beyond my experiences in any "nail salon" I've come across. I will defiantly be back.

If it could be a 0 star it would be. I would not recommend this place to anyone who really cares about their nails

Great environment! Very comfortable and relaxing! Heather is an awesome person, Who knows how to keep a conversation going which is absolutely perfect. This was my very first manicure I normally only get acrylics, Heather did my nails very beautifully and took her time ! Definitely will be going back!

Wonderful place! I went in for a wax and I usually go to the bigger salons, but they were all booked. I won't be going back to those places after coming here. I was a little nervous about it being in her basement, but I was very wrong. It was very professional and a welcoming environment. You could tell Heather has being doing this for awhile with how painless and easy the whole process was. Super inexpensive compared to the bigger place and overall a wonderful experience. Definitely think about giving this place a try.
