Some of the best BBQ I've had so far! Finally, finally, finally I found a place with thick cut brisket! And it was incredible!Burnt ends as well, great flavor! The ribs were so soft and peeled right off the bone. I'm not a rib guy but I'd get a full slab here!Pulled pork sandwich was really elevated with the onion strings.Mac and cheese was uninspired, Cole slaw was acceptable, beans were deeply rich but still felt like something was lacking. The sweet sauce is better. I did not like the original.Full service sit down restaurant but wasn't more expensive than usual. Amanda was great!Overall, this gets my top honors for meat

This place is excellent! Everything was really good, especially the beans, brisket, ribs, and sauce. Our server Bri was wonderful....until she asked my husband and I (we both wear wedding rings) if we wanted separate checks. I found that rather offensive, since we were obviously together. If we wanted separate checks we would have asked for them.I also thought it slightly odd that they don't have any draft beer, but they do have a nice selection of bottled beer. We will look forward to dining here again sometime!

Stick to what you know!Blind Box BBQ needs to stick to bbq because jumping on the brunch craze is not a lane they need to be in.Although this place packs to the masses for brunch just cause everybody and they momma is there doesn't mean you need to too. I came during restaurant week and it was 2 for $55 to eat their brunch when it is typically $36 a person. $36 a person is exploitation because none of their things are good and come across as frozen. They have an omelette station and a waffle station. You have to order it from your table and it takes forever to get to you. When the waffle came out it was over cooked and hard to the touch. I could've lost a tooth. And the omelet was nothing special...kinda runny. What is also a turn off is that the omelet station is right by the door so everyone waiting for a table is hovering over your omelet...gross.As for the buffet "stick to what you know" is the theme..In the Buffett they featured French toast sticks and pancakes that looked like they were frozen but got jazzed up by getting heated up in a skillet and not in the microwave or toaster like what you would do at home. Their potatoes had no taste, their enchiladas were gross, their sausage was cut weird. They featured some of their typical sides and also chicken wings and ribs which were good along with their smoked salmon. Although those items were good.... it's a bbq place, I would hope so. For it to be brunch I feel like the ribs and chicken wings were left over from the night before and warmed up. It was good but....if you want to have a bbq buffet just say so.Their sweets table was impressive looking because of the chocolate fountain but everything looked like it was purchased from the Sam's Club. Or we can make it Costco to make it fancier.I will not be coming back again, Blind Box BBQ stick to what you know. You are decent at BBQ let the brunch people do the brunch you sit this one out.

Our last stop on our road trip landed us here. For a previous meal, I decided to try as many options as possible with the barbeque charcuterie! It was a fun take, mixing in the meats with cheeses and fruits. The ribs were incredibly tender, nearly falling off the bone. The barbeque sauce samples was fun. The golden sauce was our favorite! The service was good. When we first came in for lunch, we were taken care of quickly, but as the space filled up, we were neglected a bit, and it took a long time to get our checks and boxes.Nothing stuck out to us about the vibes of the restaurant. It was a good visit and a good meal!

The food was very flavorful! It's very affordable compared to many other bbq places I have visited. The waiter had only been there 3 days but he did not disappoint!Lots of seating and a room for larger groups. I'll be back for sure.

My first experience with Blind Box BBQ exceeded my expectations. We went for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was moderately busy. We were seated promptly. For the starter, we selected the bbq wontons. These are next level. So so good! 100% order this! You will not regret it. Top tier starter/appetizer.I ordered the Notorious P.I.G. with bourbon baked beans. The sandwich is really tall with a heaping pile of onion straws on top. I was trying to figure out how to best tackle it and decided to press down from the top bun. This was a very flavorful and filling sandwich. The side of bourbon baked beans may be my favorite baked beans that I've had. Service was friendly and prompt. Blind Box is a bit of a drive for me, but I'm glad I finally made it over to give it a try. I will definitely plan on returning and highly recommend!

Got take out from here during restaurant week and it was good!! I didn't love the BBQ chili but I'm not a huge fan of chili to begin with. It just seemed like I was eating BBQ sauce. The corn bake was more like a corn casserole but it was very good!

Blind Box is a go-to for us, and always reliably delicious! (I don't know why my location is San Fran - updating now - we live in Shawnee!)Restaurant week PSA - The "winter greens" course 1 option is the same as the brussels and bacon entree in course 2. It's a cold dish, shredded brussel sprouts salad. I was not informed of this when I ordered, and assumed the brussels dish was a hot dish! It was delicious, but for a restaurant week order, I would have liked to have had my app and my entree be two different things!!

Looking for some AMAZING BBQ. I've recently had the pleasure of experiencing Blind Box BBQ's catering for a couple of client meetings as well as a large company lunch. I must say, each and every time it was nothing short of phenomenal! From start to finish, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely mouth-watering.The ribs were a standout with the best bark and flavor I've ever tasted. Each bite was a perfect blend of smoky goodness and tender meat. The brisket was equally impressive, melting in your mouth with every bite and the other meats are just as great, Burnt ends are also tender and juicy and just melt in your mouth. It's clear that Blind Box BBQ knows their way around a smoker! The sides were just as fantastic. The slaw was fresh and crisp, the smoked potato salad has a delightful smoky twist, and the mac & cheese was creamy and comforting. Each side dish complemented the main courses perfectly, making for a well-rounded and satisfying meal. And let's not forget dessert! The Blueberry Bread Pudding was incredible - a sweet, indulgent treat that was the perfect end to an amazing meal.Overall, Blind Box BBQ's catering exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for top-notch BBQ and exceptional service, look no further. Highly recommended!
