Big Burger

I got a burger and some tater tots and a hot fudge sundae and I thought it was very delicious. It was cooked the way I wanted and tasted good and very affordable.

Would recommend this place. Burgers were great and the counter service was pleasant. Asking if we needed anything extra, manager was upbeat and keeping the kitchen smooth. Sorry no pictures of the burgers but it looked like the others on the FB site. Another reviewer had the comment that they put the tip machine in front of you and yes they do. Not my favorite ask while buying a fast food burger.

Burger was way overcooked on the edges. Cashier was not friendly at all. This is my first bad experience.

Return visit today for a drive thru and ordered the Classic Big Cheese Burger. It came with everything except pickles which, I requested to be added but unless they were chopped finely like the onions, I couldn't detect even one. I didn't realize the pickles were not there until I got it home and rewarmed. Great tasting anyway. The server offered my toy poodle Peaches her own cup of vanilla ice cream which besides the delicious burger and fries, made the trip very special. She was very personable and courteous! Thank you.

Used to love going here, DO NOT GO HERE, they have changed so much, of all the restaurants that closed due to this pandemic this is one I would not care if they did, they are horrible, I was just going to get a ice cream and finally got to the order window and waited for 10 min and just left, the lobby is not open and it does not surprise me if they have that crappy customer service no wonder why they cannot keep help, no one wants to come work in that environment.Very sad, this used to be the SPOT! Now it's just an after thought!Would NOT recommend

Service was kind of slow in the drive thru despite only 1 other car in line. Staff was nice but the food was terrible. Burger patty not all the way done and the fries tasted like they were made in old grease used for something else. Price was reasonable but the drive thru was a little sketchy. Again, staff was nice!! Food and drive thru was subpar.

They say the food is fresh but everything is frozen then either deep fried or on the grill. Here are photos of a YouTube video showing the freezer and the food they store in there. I wouldn't eat there unless you like frozen food and burgers.

The owners are pretty disappointing. I have loved this place for 25 years. Many have loved it longer. For a drive through, the food is great and the burgers are top notch. The service? Oof. They keep it so understaffed that wait times for everything are terrible. The actual workers (2 of them, tops, every time) are surprisingly patient and nice. They are way overworked and need help. Owners need to pay for staff.

They took the Junior Double off the menu. I did get the bigger burger and it was delicious! I was pretty annoyed that when I gave my card to pay through the drive thu they handed me the card reader for a tip.. I won't be going back there for this reason.

Big Burger? The bun was considerably larger than the 2 premade sliders. The bacon was bland and not worth the upcharge. Everyone raves about their onion rings, they say if they are hot they are great and cold/lukewarm suck. We got just above room temperature. They got a second star because the burger was hot. The old lady running the drive through was short in dealing with her and had the attitude that she was doing us a favor for spending our money there. Will not go back there is another local small business to the south of them on the same street.
