Great locally owned business with an owner who goes the extra mile for customers. I popped in unsure of what to get, the menu is extensive! After quizzing me about my preferences Shelby created a custom drink for me and it was perfect! No sugar, protein included but lower on the caffeine side too, and it tasted great with the peach and raspberry pairing she suggested.You don't really see the storefront from the street as it's tucked around the side corner but there is plenty of parking. Get yourself a loyalty stamp card and leave behind your business on the bulletin board.

Such a cute nutrition club with great people, delicious recipes and the best ice! My dog and I stop in at least a few times per week!
