I walked in not really knowing what to expect and did not think they would have the styles I was looking for in regards for decorations. I was absolutely wrong! I spent a good 2 hours in there finding all sorts of interesting decoration pieces. They have everything from furniture, candles, vases, plants, pictures, lamps... you name it. The prices were reasonable The only downside is you cannot return items there. So if you buy it you better want it.

Buying local is important and if I see something I want I will buy it from even the most snooty and uppity store. I am not afraid to shop in this magical playland of design and wonder even if the owners fly around on brooms.

Visited Bella B decor store couple of days ago. Purchased $158.00 of Annie Sloan paint , wax and painting supplies. Getting ready for family visit for holidays I decided to paint couple of pices of furniture I purchase at the local auction for an extra bedroom. Started to wipe down furniture and noticed sign DREXEL , quick google search and I found out I had a treasure on my hands worth 100s of dollars... there is no way I could touch it with a brush. I called Bella B decor to see if I could return unopened and untouched items I bought from them 3 days ago and the answer was ABSOLUTELY NOT. Apperantly their accounting is all messed up ( her words not mine ) and that's why I can not make a return. So before making a purchase of anything at all but especially painting supplies , think twice or better yet sleep on it.

Absolutely love this place. I went in with an idea to paint some furniture I have and was wanting to use some chalk paint. The employee that was working was extremely helpful and I ended up walking out with Annie Sloan chalk paint in the color emperors silk. It's a bright red color!I can't wait to get home and get started. Don't forget to get your wax for your final coat!

My husband and I moved from Chicago to KC and I used to spend hundreds of dollars at Bella B Decor and The Painted Sofa while I was decorating our new home. However, the owner, Lynn, and her sister, Lucy, made it very clear that they did not want me shopping there. They would make comments like, "you are back already?" and they treated me very poorly. They were always very rude to me, followed me around the store while I was looking, and acted like they wanted me to leave. However, it all worked out in the end because I stopped going in and now I spend my money at places that appreciate and value my business. I love shopping local but I refuse to give my money to mean middle-aged women who behave like cliquish sorority girls! Thanks ladies!

I have been here several times for Annie Sloan chalk paint and have gotten the most wonderful help. They explained how to use the paint, how to apply, what type of coatings and finishes would work best, and gave several options for brushes. Things are a bit pricey here, but you get quality products.

It really is too bad as I think they have some nice things and have bought a ton there. But they have lost another customer . They assisted in picking out something for my mantle and said "if it doesn't work bring it back". Never said it had to be within 10 days. Went back 2 weeks later and they would not take it back - and she was actually rude about it. So now I own something that doesn't work in my home. While it is written in fine print on their receipt their rules are not posted in their store. Very disappointing. Won't be back.

Very cute decorative items and furniture. However, I have been in their new location twice and both times I was completely ignored. In fact, I think I was in their way! They were so busy moving stuff and decorating each section that I found myself walking around saying, "oh, I'm sorry" or "whoops, excuse me" as they were rushing around me. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help with anything or if I had questions. I stood in the rug section for at least ten minutes looking at the samples, so now I'm buying the Loloi rug online and found wall art someplace else.

If you love tacky farm house decor this is your place! Extremely rude employees as stated in most other reviews. It's funny they treat potential customers so poorly knowing the location they're in ... most people around here have a lot of money. Lol their loss! I did hear them greet and be friendly with older ladies that came in. Pretty woman said it best ... big mistake... big, Huge. Good luck staying in business with your dated selection and rude workers.

Wish I could give a zero!! Was in here last night had several things in my hands and wanted to purchase a few lights fixtures. My 7 year old had to potty and they refused a CHILD a restroom. As if she were going to go in their back room as steak from them!! The lady with medium brown hair was sooooooooo rude about it. Seriously say everything down and left. Will never go back.. After getting home, I realized most of their overpriced decor is online Hobby Lobby cheaper and Wayfair!! Sad plus I talked to code today and it's a HUGE violation to refuse a bathroom to anyone especially a child in a public business in Overland Park. Enjoy your inspection
