Beautiful Soul Bistro

Oh Mah Gah! I have never had a piece of fried fish that was so well seasoned and fried with the crUUnch we all want, before eating at BSB. The house-made potato salad was unreal good. It didn't need a speck of salt or pepper. The portions are excellent as well. There is big value in their pricing. The ladies running this truck are so sweet, such pleasant service. I was only visiting KC when I found this truck, but now I'm thinking of relocating to be closer to this food truck.

Every time I eat here, I swear I have the best food! Fish sandwich, Big Mac taco, smashburger, the lemonade!!! One year they had bbq pulled pork nachos and they were the best nachos I had ever had 10/10 have to try!!
