I needed a part for my lawn mower and tried three other places and nobody had it in stock. Luckily on my third attempt the business suggested I try Ball Power Equipment.I called Ball and the employee in the parts department I believe her name was Ashley was very helpful and said they had plenty of the part I needed in stock. She even pulled the part and had it ready for me when I got to the store. The part was very inexpensive I I ended up getting a second one just in case I needed another one in the future. They have a big pets department and showroom and see to carry parts most places have to special order and you have to wait a week to get.

If you're looking for a honest and trustworthy opinion on your outdoor needs, look no further. Ball power equipment has everything you need to keep your lawn in tip top shape. Bob helped me better identify my lawn care needs and he was thorough in addressing them. I'll be heading back soon to pick up dirt and mulch for landscaping- they have it all!I would highly recommend Ball Power Equipment. Buying power equipment requires knowledge and experience that you can trust. Just ask for Bob, he's always there and he truly cares about a wonderful customer experience.

Somehow, many reviews of Ball Power Equip. have now been deleted. I looked them up after (unfortunately) purchasing a $700 mower. Several reviews described ugly encounters with Bob Ball, the owner.A mechanic at Ball's had to make some "adjustments" to my mower before I left--the blades would not engage. But at home about an hour later the mower did not work--same problem. I realized as I looked through the owner's manual that it was the manual for a quite different mower. So now I had two major problems to deal with.The next day I asked for a new mower, one that was in complete working order, and a correct manual for it. As I discussed this with Bob Ball, he became upset and loud and offered to give me my money back. I hesitated, considering the hassle of finding a different dealer as my grass grew higher and higher. Again, I asked for a replacement mower, and Bob lost it! He yelled at me and rushed into the repair bay, slamming the door in my face. I opened the door and said I would take him up on his money-back offer. Bob reneged. My mower does work now, but I will not return to Ball's for service or repairs. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM BALL EQUIP, where the sign over the door says, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG.
