Red Light " Green Light game!
Family fun
Freshly repainted. Summer, 2012 I'm glad to see my old hangout is still open and is still a safe, fun place for kids and adults

The facility was filthy, floors were so sticky, as was everything you touched. There is no sanitation happening.

I normally enjoy coming here, and haven't been able to for a year since I work alot. Came in expecting a fun two hours to justify the $7 I spent on admission and rental. The place is disgusting, workers are grumpy and rather rude, but I would normally ignore that if it weren't for the rental skates. I get that hundreds of people have worn them, but these skates are the most excruciatingly painful things I have ever put on my feet. It feels like the laces and tongue are shredding into my heel every time I push off. They also don't seem to care about maintaining them, since half the skates turn sharply in either direction. Most of them look as if they're about to fall apart.I can stand the place itself, but just don't rent those awful skates.

My niece's summer school had a private session on 7/12/17, I got there before the kids did there were no cars in the parking lot. So I got out and checked the door and it was locked. Once the kids got there they workers or owners never showed up so we left. I would not recommend this place for private events. Can't tell you about the inside because we never made it in. It sucks those kids and bus drivers had to ride there with no air.

This place is filthy! It smells horrible, the workers are super rude and could careless about pretty much anything. We went on a Sunday evening in hopes of the rift raft being a minimum but that didn't work out. There were sooooo many kids and no parents. It's a daycare center in a sense. And these are not polite well behaved children. I was disgusted at everything here. I would NEVER go again!!

Super busy place but room is made for everyone elders, teens, & kiddos! A pleasant surprise actually, kiddos had never skated here before. Thankfully non germa-phobes Lol. Not pristine clean but ok for sure! Gotta name fun & relax in life. This is your place. Relaxing & energizing both at same time. We had super fun; down to earth time! Thank you staff!

The new management Jake racially profiled us and was Hawking my friend and I since we had walking in we were only there an hour before we decided to leave Bcs it's gotten boring now and he decided to confront us while watching the limbo saying that we might cause trouble and that he didn't want any fight to break out when we did nothing at all to make anyone feel unsafe and come up to us totally unprovoked so we decided to leave. Wont be going back again.

New Owners, no Manners: Stay AwayI have been a regular at what used to be B + D Skating Rink since I was eleven years old. I grew up there and appreciate the history behind it. Unfortunately, the newly instated owner obviously does not.I went to this rink at the end of January, skipped one Sunday, and came back to find the name B + D painted over with an new outlandish one that I have no idea how to pronounce. The old owner of 20+ years was nowhere to be seen. The new owner said that this place had been sold to him recently. Tacky t-shirts hawking this new name that has just been changed were hanging behind the counter when I walked in. Worse, the owners played an endless stream of of Kid's Bop. Rolling around for two hours of a public session with children's out-of-tune voices badly covering pop songs would be enough to make anyone's ears bleed. Many of these songs don't even have curse words in them, so I was entirely confused why we were being subjected to this. I have been to this rink practically every Sunday before this for the last sixteen years, and never have they ever played two hours of Kid's Bop. There was typically a twenty minute kid-friendly track ("Baby Shark" has been a favorite for the past few years) during this because there did tend to be a lot of kids' birthdays, and that was fine. But the rest of the time, there was actual music playing, not a constant assault on the ears. I talked to several other regulars, who were also just as confused with the music changes. We left early, and I attempted to speak with the owner about these changes. He fed me some line about having grown up here, and told me to my face that this rink had always played "children's music" during public sessions with birthday parties. I informed him that this was not the case, and that just two weeks ago, I was skating under the usual mix of country and rap music that B + D has played for years, not ten-year-old white kids attempting to sing sanitized versions of Lil Nas X and Bruno Mars. The owner then changed his story and told me that they had received "complaints" about this from parents with children, so an entire two-hour, public session would now be catered to them. (The old owners would never have allowed one type of customer to control the music for an entire session that is open to the public. If parents wanted to listen to Kid's Bop for two hours, they would have to rent a PRIVATE party, which many did. But neither B + D or any other rink in the area that I have been to would ever have given up control of their entire PUBLIC session to Karens with kids who would have never known what a skating rink is if their elders hadn't pried them away from their iPads to go.)I tried to communicate to the owner that the adults who have been here fifteen-plus years should also have a voice during sessions, at which point the conversation devolved into him interrupting me, raising his voice, shouting at me, "sorry you don't like it ma'am; that's the way it's going to be."So much for any appreciation for customer loyalty. The new owner might make more money catering to the families, but the quality of customer he attracts will go down.A bit of information in memory of what used to be a staple in my community: The initials in the original name of this rink, B + D, stand for Bill + Dorothy, the original owners since 1965. The name is to honor them and their memory, and has remained the same since the '60's. I do understand that the new owners would want to carve their own legacy by inventing and enforcing their own name. However, from the way I was talked to, the owner is clearly not interested in shaping his legacy into a professional, polite, or stable one. It's a shame that the history behind B + D, as it was, will be trampled and forgotten.

Worst place ever! They never answer the phone I was trying to book a party for over a week, they never call anyone back and the place is run down and old. Don't recommend anyone to go here and I'm sure they'll be shut down soon since they probably barely get any business anyway. Worst management ever, website sucks everything is just awful. DO NOT SKATE HERE OR TRY TO HAVE A PARTY. If I could give zero stars I would
