Run don't walk from Ashley Ice Photography. Let me skip over her awful day-of attitude and demeanor and focus on how she dropped the ball on the biggest day of my life.When taking family pictures at my wedding she flew through the session in record time. Many family members came up to me after the fact and asked, "are you sure she captured those!?" Well come to find out that she never did! When she shared our wedding photos, my wife and I searched for our family pictures. There were: 0 family photos. On our wedding day. My sister is literally not in one single picture from our day.When we emailed Ashley she said, "oh yeah there was an issue with the camera". After many months of email back and forth with Ashley, she took no responsibility for the issue at hand and at one point even stated, "I didn't know the family pictures were important to you."I urge anyone looking at Ashley Ice Photography to avoid the nightmare we are living and hire someone else

I've been saving my 300th review for something special... so I'm going to review my wedding photographer who is an amazing person and an incredibly talented photographer!Ashley Ice has been a dream to work with. My fiance and I are getting married in less than a month and have been on a budget for our big day day since no one liked our plan to elope... and weddings are so expensive. I reached out to several photographers who were responsive at first.. but when I said the word "budget" flaked on me, stopped responding to my emails, or canceled our meeting. They didn't even know what my budget was! I felt extremely frustrated, to the point that we almost decided to forego photography all together. Luckily, my coworker is also getting married this year and had booked Ashley. She had wonderful things to say so I reached out and we met up in May. It was an instant match.Ashley is a wonderful choice for wedding photography because:1. She is extremely responsive. Planning a wedding is so stressful and it makes it a lot easier when your team responds quickly to questions. 2. She is helpful. She put together an amazing style guide to help brides and grooms choose outfits for engagement shoots. It was in depth and spot on!3. She is fun/funny. She definitely made us feel at ease during our engagement shoot. 4. She is organized. She has a lot of forms and materials to help keep everything on track. 5. She is talented!! Our engagement shoot was outside at dusk, and we are blown away with our photos. She captured the light beautifully and made us look great. A couple months ago, someone mistook us for a homeless couple on the plaza. I never wear makeup and we walk our dog in our pjs... so it was funny when that happened, but we were relieved to look polished and beautiful and not homeless in our engagement photos :)6. She has a lot of photo package options, so we were able to find one that worked for us. We're getting a lot more value for our money than any other photographer we looked at. We booked a whole experience with Ashley, not just a stranger to take photos of us one day. We communicate regularly and have full confidence that our wedding will be captured perfectly. 7. Ashley and her husband operate an amazing photo booth! It's called KC Magic Mirror and is so cool. Guests can add emojis and notes on the photos. We're making a guest book out of the photo booth photos. We love Ashley and can't recommend her enough to any couple looking for a wonderful photographer.

Ashley did an amazing job on our family shoot! In years past we have always dressed very casual and for this one she encouraged us to dress up. WOW was it fun! Not to mention, our gallery turned out gorgeous! Thank you Ashley, for pictures we will cherish a lifetime.
