3/3/25 530pmTrash! It was bad. I got the burnt ends sandwich, 1/2 pound sausage, side of potato casserole, and a side bbq beans. The burnt ends were so crispy I couldn't eat them. The sausage was extremely bland. Place was dirty, floor was slippery. Both bbq sauces were horrible. If you want great BBQ go to Moose's BBQ in downtown Gardner. 10 times better than AB's

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was a bit of a line, but no more than a 5-10 minute wait. The staff is extremely efficient, albeit not very friendly. They all seemed stressed out.Plenty of places to sit once you get your food! Definitely no frills here. The space was a little dirty, especially the bathrooms. The food was hit or miss for me, though all extremely well-priced. We ordered a 1/2 slab of ribs, 1/2 pound of brisket, cheesy corn, and fries. The brisket ended up being my favorite. Super tender and juicy. The ribs were more on the smokey side, and only the two or three middle ribs were tasty, the rest on the ends were a little dried out. I'd skip the corn next time. Fries were good!

Came by here yesterday....I didn't think it was good a decade ago go and it's actually even worse now.Hands down worst BBQ I've ever had in my life. Sonny's BBQ in Florida is better than this. Brisket tasted and smelt like dog food. I spit it back out and threw it in the dumpster outside of my apartment because I didn't want to smell it in my house or else I'd get sick. What a shame that people who aren't from KC come here and think this is KC BBQ. It's a relic and that's it, this is not KC BBQ.

This was the best barbecue I had while in KC especially compared to the downtown options which were not so great. Place is definitely dated with staff who are all business but the quality of the bbq and sides and reputation make it worth a stop. The interior seems unchanged which is cool except for the chairs which definitely are ready for replacement.

Omg the food was delicious. Every time I visits KC I have to stop by Arthur Bryant's for their famous BBQ. I ordered BBQ brisket with fries. It was absolutely delightful. The service was superb. Always has southern hospitality. Great time. I would 100% recommend.

Super great! Food was really savory and delicious! The beans were so sweet and tasty. Random addition but soda was so sparkling and sweet too! The service staff was great at handling our food and serving us. There was also a worker who ensured the customers had bbq sauce at their tables so the ambiance was set up well by the staff. Recommend this to any and everyone who enjoys great bbq!

Went on a whim since we saw President Obama come eat here - it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and mouth-watering! The service staff was great, and were very accommodating to our questions. The food quality made up for what may have lacked in ambiance, but honestly for food that tastes this good, who cares about how great the ambiance is or not? You're eating good here at Arthur Bryant's Barbeque!

One more iconic BBQ restaurant checked off the list. We had ribs brisket, pork ribs, beans, and coleslaw. The barbeque was good, but not great. I enjoyed the ribs. They were meaty and generously seasoned (chili powder? paprika? cumin?). The original BBQ sauce had the same flavor profile, so I found the sweet heat BBQ sauce more interesting.The thinly slice brisket was moist and tender, but lacked seasoning.
