I normally do not review national fast food chains- maybe 3 or 4 times over the past 1200 reviews...not because I don't frequent them more than I should, but what's the point. Do people really look on Yelp before heading to a McDonald's? I certainly don't. So why am I reviewing the Arby's that I frequent often because of its proximity to home and work? Could it be my decades old love of their Beef and Cheddar, or maybe the best ever condiments of Horsey and Arby's sauces'? Nope, it's not even my disgruntlement of them discontinuing their triangulated Tater Cakes. This review is solely to discuss their unveiling of the new Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. Quite an ambitious project to pull off when not having a grill inside their restaurants. Starting with 52% American Wagyu meat (what does that even mean and who measures) then by using the "Sous Vide" method of preparation... the what??? That's when my curiosity was peaked and I knew that a bit of culinary terminology needed to be investigated. It seems that the patties are cooked off site, vacuum sealed then deep fried upon ordering and then microwaved to melt the cheese on top. This all sounds like a hideous concept to feed the masses and I suppose it is...but this committee created method actually produces a pretty damn tasty burger. With a juicy and tender interior and a crisp edge topped with your favorite toppings inside a perfect brioche bun and competitively priced...well... I've been back twice! They are only offering this creation for a couple of months, so hurry in if you want to experience what the future tastes like. Better Living Through Chemistry!

It was so odd....I was in the drive-thru, I asked the worker a simple question and he replied with such a nonchalant attitude that almost came off as if I was annoying this person. I asked him another question, and I literally heard him sigh and he answered me as if I were getting on his nerves. Mind you, there was nobody in front of me or behind me in line. I decided to just drive to the window instead of ordering because the worker was growing increasingly rude and short with me. When I got to the window, he threw up his hands, and rolled his eyes at me and asked why I didn't order. I asked him why he had been so short with me and he refused to look at me or speak to me. I drove away. Not sure what I did! I just asked what sauce came on a burger because my husband is allergic to ranch!

2-5pm they have a $1 menu, parts of which won't totally kill your diet. Order was correct, drive-through gal could have used some personality, but I was just glad to get my food warm and the order was right. I don't normally come to Arby's, but it was close by and I discovered the dollar menu which was a nice surprise.

I was in here just minutes ago, 7:30 on a Sunday night, drive thru attendant was friendly and patient. I don't know who everyone else has been dealing with. I ordered a Luau chicken sandwich and a Jamocha shake. No problems.

But two of the gyro sandwiches got home, opened them up and there was no meat on them. I took them back. They never said sorry or nothing threw two sandwiches up on the counter, turned around and left so I went home if you want vet service don't go to Arby's on North a Oak.

NEVER EVER EVER go here. Unless you want to be treated like complete shit and talked down to like you are nothing but a waste of their time.I have gotten bad service here every time I had gone, but this was the last straw. When I pulled up to the drive thru, they said in the harshest tone "What do you want?!" After starting my order, he spoke in an fast annoyed tone "What else?!" Absolute worst fast food place I've been to and trust me I seen bad businesses before! I ordered two meals and I only got one because the guy who took my order was very slow and sounded dumb and when I asked why I only got one meal he blamed his female coworker for messing up the order even tho I clearly know I was taking to him. The only thing worse than that rude employee was the awfully slow service and they took forever to get customers their food! If you want good food and good service then plz go to the nearby Wendy's for ur own sanity!!!
