I was so excited to find this store existed! I needed some supplies and prefer to shop local, but I wasn't sure how cost effective it would be on a budget. I realllly did not want to go the Amazon route but I did want to compare prices. There was NO comparison! Not only are the prices reasonable, but the quality, quantity, variety, and my favorite of all-the customer-service made this a slam dunk! And I could have it right then and there! There was a line waiting for the doors to open right at noon! I got to touch the crystals, pick the perfect bundles of palo santo, sage, incense, and other metaphysical finery; I even got to purchase the tarot I knew was perfect for me. And the vibes... all good feelings! I probably need a second job because I cannot wait to go back to Aquarius and give them all of my money!

Claims to be the biggest metaphysical shop in the Midwest, not sure if that's accurate. The whole vibe was kinda weird and commercial, not what I usually get from these kind of shops.

My daughter is newly obsessed with crystals and has fallen in love with this place. I went with her one day and I admit I was expecting some sort of dark creepy dungeon-like place and Aquarius is not like that at all!! It's bright and very, very clean. The staff was so lovely and welcoming. And they know their stuff! They told us about their products and were so eager to share their knowledge. They have sooooo many crystals to choose from- all extremely well organized, in all different sizes and price points. Most of them have descriptions about them and if they don't, the staff can offer info on them. They have a huge jewelry selection, some beautiful clothing, a fairly large kid's toy section, and a large room filled with books for sale. Anything you want regarding metaphysical/pagan/Wicca, etc. is available here. Such a fun store!!

I have visited this store for many years and highly recommend them! They have a large selection of occult and new age books, along with a huge section of altars, jewelry, and much more. If you are in Kansas City, they are the metaphysical headquarters with information about lots of local events.

Wonderful staff. I've been to several new age stores by now but this one left a strong impression on me. Warm energy abounds from the store and the staff. I felt instantly welcomed into their space and they were very helpful, from helping me find the tarot card section to walking me and my partner back to our car after closing.As a tarot collector I was impressed by the wide variety of cards they had in stock. Titles I had only seen online - The Wild Unknown, The Linestrider Tarot, etc- were there. Most places just sell basic tarot decks and a minimal selection at that. Their tarot selection fills an entire wall although not many tarot books to come by. . However, they have a lot of other books, more than anywhere else I've been.The crystals and gems they sell are fine quality as well, especially so the Lapis and Amethysts .The store is big and they have a lot to offer. Deity statues, incense, and beautiful singing bowls to name a few.

This place is awesome! Very high quality crystals and the most diverse stock of crystals in Kansas City, although I think they are way over priced. They also have beautiful jewelry and a huge selection of metaphysical books, tarot cards, chimes, incense, sage, herbs, & more. You can get psychic readings here too! I would recommend parking in back instead of on broadway, since it's a pretty busy street. There's almost always open parking spots in the back.

I love this store and the workers always great vibes if you don't like this store it's cause IT IS YOU NOT THE STORE I always have a great experience just wish they open sooner

I was followed around the store actively harassed by a store associate and treated as if I was stealing for looking at crystals and rocks. I work for a local store near by and have never stolen anything so I was extremely confused as to why I was being treated like a criminal by the woman working the floor. It was truly humiliating and my purchase was $8 dollars of crystals.

This place is awful, avoid coming here. There is an old female that goes around yelling and harrasing you, according to her and maybe the management marketing to make you buy more crap. Anyway, she goes around yelling and following you, like you are going to shoplift and runaway with something. I read in another review that the manager or whoever answer the reviews justify this erratic behavior by saying that this crazy is autistic... like there is no teraphy and meds and some exorcism too. The atmosphere is like of necromancy instead of light, and you leave drained from this place.The crystals and products in general are very expensive, compared with other stores form the same category in the area.

This place is insane. From the people that work there all the way to the prices. I visited a day ago and the vibe in the store is horrible. One red flag considering it's a crystal store. I was definitely racially profiled by an old ass white lady. Her vibe was definitely giving very dense, passive aggressive and racist. I could not breathe without her coming up to me breathing on my neck, like at that point she might've hoped on my back for a piggy ride. Every three mins the lady walks up and ask if I need help. Obviously I don't need help that often if I didn't tell her yes to the offer the first time. I also noticed her male coworker go up to a black couple and tell them to stop touching things, what's running a store if people can't touch items?? Running customers out the door. It seem like they only want white people in there, this isn't the first time I've had this experience. I went back in 2020 had this exact experience but I thought I'd give it another chance with it being three years later but I guess not. Seems like this store needs to be placed in a hick trump town and not the diverse area of Westport!! Zeros across the board. I give one star on her bc I have to but I most deff would rate -100.
