No frills aquarium store. Definitely a lot of saltwater, which is cool but not my thing, lol. Bettas were kept in tanks, which is very nice. Got a lot of plants for insanely cheap, def worth a look for fish hobbyists

Sign says please wear a mask, Dear employees that means you too!!!!!!!!!! Everyone wearing masks except the employee. We have bought and sold and bought and always enjoy returning. Many places have junk growing in their tank these people have none or not even close to so many others. Customer service is always great , always great used items and new. Just all around nice people patrons and place. JUST PUT ON YOUR MASK !

Dirty and poorly organized. Bought 2 used "working" filters that only made noise. No flow for filtering.

I called up here while quarantined for COVID and asked them if they would be able to put together a special order of dry flake and frozen fish foods for my African and South American Cichlids. I didn't realize that the number was Pat's personal cell number and that he was at home instead of at the store that day. I explained that situation and that my neighbor, who knows nothing about fish and fish food, was going to be picking up the order and dropping it on my porch for me. Pat asked me if he could have his staff verify the inventory and then call me back. About a half hour later my phone rang and Pat told me that everything was waiting for my neighbor to pick up! These guys are the best! Seriously, I could not have asked for better help and service. It's amazing what we take for granted until you are in a position that you can't even go get something as simple as fish food. Thank goodness for small business owners like Pat and the crew at Aquariums Wholesale!

After having a HORRIBLE run in with Paradise Aquatics I found Aquariums Wholesale, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!I have had nothing but great dealings with Pat and Chad, I have purchased many fish and corals and several pieces of equipment and never had any issues with service or warranty concerns. I had three of my blower controllers fail over a several months and when I asked about replacements it was just a cake walk, the parts was ordered and within two weeks I had my blowers back to normal, not bad for a special order parts. This is what customer service is about, taking care of the customer and not only worrying about making a buck or two up front. This is why I have spent now in the range of $5,000 in products from this location. If you need aquatic service this is your place to go!!!!!!!

Next to no freshwater fish. FW tanks messy and not cared for. Not the store for me. Looks like a lot of saltwater though.

Fantastic set up and customer service from Jacob. Took time to walk me through the freshwater section and was very knowledgeable throughout the tour. Jacob and I spoke about a wide array of topics and he had information about every subject. Bravo! I can tell the business cares about the hobby and the fish. Amazing betta set up. Would recommend this store for both fresh/saltwater supplies and tanks. Small section of food but has everything you need. Not sure if I saw a freezer for frozen foods.

Always great auctions. Should there be any issue they ALWAYS make things right. Cannot recommend enough. if you are looking for higher end corals without the sticker shock; this is the place. Be sure to checkout the auctions on FB live every week. Best deals on coral by a mile and better selection than most vendors.

Horrible Experience Spent 3-4k with them was sent dead torch with cracked skeleton and completely different torch heard every excuse in book finally he said to pay 100$ for one i got and he would send me right one then next day backed out of his own word and wants me to ship it back but if it dies during shipping i lose my 215$ AVOID !!!

Ordered on line and waited several days, nothing. Emailed and got return email with the wrong customer name. Finally said it was shipped overnight, waited and nothing. Called and spoke to Patrick the owner who was rude and only wanted to talk over me. Final resolution was a refund, at least that was handled quickly. Patrick also told me they only communicate with Facebook Messenger.... to bad I don't use Facebook. There are plenty of good places to order from online, this just happens to not be one.
