Absolutely loved the takeout experience! The wings were crispy and packed with flavor, while the burgers were juicy and satisfying. Fast service and friendly staff made it even better. Can't wait to order again!

We had a nice late lunch here and mostly enjoyed everything. We enjoyed 1/2 price apps since it was happy hour, so we got the chicken wonton apps which were good, not great. Got 6 free boneless chicken wings for a football pick 6 deal and they were ok. The 2 for $25 deal was good. We got two side salads vs the apps and got the fiesta lime chicken which was great, definitely recommend that. The four cheese Mac n cheese with some chicken fingers were not great, very plain as you can see on the pic and the breadstick was blah. Service was friendly but pretty slow. There was also a gnat around us and another table, which was odd given it's been under freezing for weeks...

I have been to applebees before but it's been awhile. My daughter wanted to come here because she likes their burgers and boneless wings. I didn't know but they had a 2 eat for $22 this come with either a shared appetizer or reach each person getting a salad and then you can choose from a tierr of entree. Since she wanted to come her specifically for the wings, that's the appetizer we got and she got a burger entree and I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The boneless wings pretty good we got buffalo, my sandwich was ok but not very warm, maybe room temperature, and my mashed potatoes were in need of flavor. My daughter loved her burger and fries. I gave this a 4 because of server was great! She was really attentive, and super sweet. I think you can get decent food at a reasonable price here and it also looks like they have some great drink specials. I would come back again with my daughter especially if we get the same service, wish I could remember her name but shout out to her!

Four star experience for today. The white cheese, queso and chips as well as the onion ring Appetizers were very good. We ordered the ribs and the tequila, lime chicken as well as the Asian chicken salad. All of them were very good. Dawn took good care of our table and made sure all of our drinks were filled. We were there with the lunchtime crowd today during the week and were seated right away. Because we had a birthday at the table we were given a couple of brownie bites for free. So, that was a nice bonus for our lunch today. I would go back to this location for sure.

Food was okay. We purchased two steaks, both were made a little undercooked to what we requested. An order of Alfredo that was burned. And an order of chicken tenders that were incredibly crispy. All sides were very good. My issue was the service. We spent over $80 and I picked up our food. Parked in the car side-to-go area. This is where the problems began.As some know, when you put in your email and phone number in, it sends you a link to say you are there. I've previously had issues with the link not working properly. So I tried to call. First call, it rang about four times before someone picked up and immediately hung up. Second time. Rang once. Hung up. Third time, it barely even rang before they hung up. I had an 11% tip for them. I took it home. I don't tip people who are not going to at least say. "Hey, we're really busy right now. Can you call back in a minute or come inside and wait." They only hung up on people who called. When I went in. There were two families who hadn't been seated. There were various tables open. Several servers walking around and whoever was in charge of seating people was no where in sight. This was the first time I've had such a terrible experience just because of the employees.

I don't know what these reviews are talking about, but the service here is great. Food is warm, tastes good, and it's very clean and tidy. Stop by here. It's nice, and cheap.

When we entered in hopes of watching the Chiefs game, we saw many open tables and were happy we had shown up to the right place! However, we were immediately told it would be at least a 15 minute wait. We did the wait, again just happy to have the chance to cheer on our Chiefs with other Kansas Citians. When we were finally seated, no one visited our table. After 10-15 minutes we left, disappointed by the understaffing and generally cleanliness of the dining room. We really wanted to have a better review. Applebees was, for many years, a fun and tasty place to visit.

We waited almost an hour for food. Appetizer was cold. Kids food was cold. Kids ate and finished their food and desert before I ever saw my food. I would consider going to a different Applebees if you want their food because this was pathetic.

The food was decent, they took around 45 minutes to serve my food. I also heard from an ex worker that they just microwave their food and it still takes forever. I also feel overwhelmed in the environment at Applebees because of the decor and the TVs all around the room. Overall I thought the food was alright but that's the only good part.

Order was wrong. Staff was rude. Don't do it. I threw $50 dollars in the trash. It was 20 minutes late coming . It worth the drive to a reputable establishment!
