Anna's BLD Bistro

This place is close to an industrial area, but don't let the outside fool you. Very small place inside, but there's one table or a bar to sit at. Very nice people greeted us. I ordered the big fish sandwich and my friend ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich. It came out fast. Omg best fish sandwich I've ever had! It was fried with a great crust on the outside and so tender and juicy inside. Good name for that sandwich because it was big and now I'm stuffed I have to come back to try other things. Can't imagine anything being bad here. Thank you Anna for having such awesome food.

Pretty sure this is the food they serve when you die and go to heaven. Talk about FOOD FOR THE SOUL!!!!! SO good!!! I get one Cheat Day each week, and I am so happy when I can eat here!!! There's a good variety including full meals with sides and sandwiches. This last time I got the sampler platter with what I call "crack" chicken wings, tender ribs, and succulent brisket along with 2 sides for a VERY reasonable price. The macaroni and cheese is TO DIE FOR!!!! And THE BEST cole slaw I have EVER eaten! The whole meal almost made me WEEP it was so tasty!!! We polished it off with a slice of crazy delicious lemon cake. I waddled out of there all fat and happy...full as a tick! The owners, Kit and Angelynn, are so personable and friendly. They really want you to FULLY ENJOY the food. And I DID!!! I give Anna's BLD Bistro 2 VERY enthusiastic thumbs up! Eat in the cozy, homey space there, or take it on home so you can lick your fingers in private! (They also cater!!!)

Quaint little restaurant in the middle of an industrial area. A family owns it and they're very sweet. The food is great southern comfort food. Plenty of parking.

I'm in town for work and searched for a lunch spot between the hotel and customer. Anna's Bistro popped up so we gave it a try and I'm glad we did. The food was great and service was even better! The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but if you give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

I'm just a traveler passing through town and this was the closest food to where I was sleeping. I pretty much never eat out and only eat at grocery stores to save money, but this place was worth it. I got the BLT burger for $5 and it was huge. It was so good that I bought a second one right after. It's about 7:30pm now. If they were still open, I would go buy a third one lol.

Great food, Great Service and Great People! Will definitely be back!! I had the neck bones it was well seasoned and tender so the meat fell off the bone. For sides I had the greens and mashed potatoes. The greens was like any normal greens but the mashed potatoes had a good flavor with the brown gravy poured on top. The menu rotates from day to day so you can always try something different. If you go here for lunch you will not be disappointed!

Excellent place to eat in an area of Fairfax that has very little to offer. Great home cooking and sweet tea. Not much seating but Anna and her Mom really take care of your hunger. Picture shows sweet potatoes, green beans, corn, cornbread and chicken fried chicken. What a feast.! !!

Fantastic food. Fantastic people. I love this place. Great prices too. I can't wait to try the fried chicken.

Big portions and well worth the cost. Staff is friendly and the service is fast. Would definitely recommend and beats any fast food.
