I attended the service for one of my late cousins who was a wonderful person. She chose the cremation option. The service was very well done from beginning to end. They didn't have people speak, which can be good or bad :-) They had snacks for those that were there all day, and fast food is a short drive away if you head south.

I lost my dear feline companion and wanted her privately cremated. Many places will send cremains back via USPS and I was not okay with this. Also, most places state it will be between 1-3 weeks! Amos Family had my beloved Bella's cremains back to me within 24 hours!! I couldn't believe it. They were so kind, extremely reasonably priced, and faster than I had ever expected. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Eryn Clark at Amos Family Funeral Home was the perfect person to handle my sister's funeral. She was patient, informative, empathetic and spot on with all the details I gave her. I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone that is in the same unfortunate situation.

I lost my Grandpa during a difficult time, needless to say the funeral home was extremely good! The decor was amazing, everything was so clean! I had never had a better experience than this at a funeral, this funeral is a great choice for others during the difficult time, the staff was amazing, the experience was so amazing, and I had a quite of a different funeral then others, my family is Buddhist and we bring monks to the service, and Wilkerson was also very respectful with our religion, speaking of staff, before the cremation the monks needed to chant before we had to cremate, the staff that help with our cremation / service stopped the cremation for the monks to chant, that for me is really remarkable and respectful, after we were done they put the casket in the cremation machine and Wilkerson & Teagan both put the casket in the machine but they kind of put the in casket aggressively, yes I know caskets are heavy but can you try to be more careful? Or get more people to help? That's are loved one, They also let one of my close relatives start the cremation process, my relative pressed a few buttons and, the cremation process started, other then that the experience was great!

I recently lost the love of my life, my nearly 16-year old cat, Luigi. It was sudden and traumatic. They were able to let me set up an appointment very quickly and outlined the process over the phone, which was much-appreciated- I've never been through this before. Upon arrival, everyone was very kind and patient with my tears. When it was time to let him go, the two people helping me were so sincere, professional and respectful. I didn't feel for a second like he was "just a cat." I was so surprised when they called me just a few hours later to say I could pick him up. It hadn't occurred to me to ask how long it would take. It gave me a real sense of peace to be able to say he never spent a night away from our home during his life or beyond.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but everyone at Amos Family Funeral home were so compassionate and kind. It's difficult to describe a funeral in glowing terms, but my mother's service was truly special. I am an only child and my mother was 63 when she passed suddenly. My mother passed away on a Wednesday and Parker was able to help us pull together her service by that Saturday. He was even able to work with the florist to help me find a very specific flower for her casket. He ran around the building as I was getting into the car just to give me a thumbs up to let me know they could do it for me. Parker comforted and guided me through an process that was unimaginable for me until then. He shared with me his family's own experience with loss and I can't describe how much their kindness has meant to me. My mother had a long prayer list written out and now I'll definitely be including them in my own prayer list from now on.

Please be very careful when arranging financing for prepaid services. The interest rate charged by the third parties are astronomically high.
