Some improvement still needed but been in worse. WiFi has improved tremendously but I wish they'd do away with the outdoor hallways or widen them enough to be able to put in lawn furniture and be able to socialize out there as well as in room. Enclosed hallway would be better in the winter.

Best place to rent monthly in Flu Springs. $600 no more no less for 2nd and 3rd floor. Big rooms, decent TV with basic cable, nice size bathtub, hot water, microwave, fridge. They have an elevator in the lobby too. The reason for 4 stars is the weekly rate is expensive (2 weeks stay is just under 500). And I had to pay the $20 "late fee" to retrieve personal property from a friends room when he left withoit paying at check out time.Keep in mind there is a motel right next to this one called Nights Inn & Suites. Because they are not here on Yelp (for some reason), I am warning all readers now: DO NOT RENT from there! Owner is a crabby son of a bitch that was rude to my wife and then I got loud obnoxious with him and he got scared like a punk and walked away quickly. Plus their weekly is expensive also (roughly $230 weekly) and is infested with crackheads.

Bad area. Not a very clean place when ur room is crawling w/ cockroaches. And their wifi stinks. Very slow. The only thing that was good there was the bar & the bartender but they shut that down.

Only has one ice machine, and it barely produces ice. Always had to scrape the bottom of the bin to get a few cubes. It seems to me that having plenty of ice is a VERY important feature needed for a motel
