This little family farm is so cute. The staff was friendly and there is a small shop where you can buy locally made goods, already picked apples, pumpkins and even some honey and syrups. They also have apple picking, although we were a little late in the season. We still got a few and they were reasonably priced. The activities include a bounce pad, hayride, playground and animal feeding. They also have great snacks for purchase - mostly apple themed stuff and grilled hot dogs, chips, etc (nothing fancy, but there are several tables and room to spread out. (We opted for Mini Cow town donuts at the food truck!)Overall, the atmosphere was quaint and the price was right. We'll be back!

Girls had a blast at the pumpkin patch! Was able to bring our girl Pepper, and had lots of things to do. Between feeding the animals (goats, turkeys, chickens, ducks, geese) hay rides, trampolines, race track, and the delicious homemade goods they have we didn't want to leave! What an adorable place right here in the north land!! Check out their website for great details on events, hours, and COVID requirements

9/07/2016 update:Yes!! Yelp fixed the location map. Yelper can check in while you are there. Thanks Yelp team!!!9/05/2016 update:I found the problem...someone created this business mistakenly pinned this location to Strasburg which was way over 45 miles away from the accurate address. Solution...Had re-pinned the right location on map just now & Yelp system showed that they will check and updates if suggestion is correct. Hope it will work soon so Yelpers can check-in in the near future while they are here.

Crawling with timeless authenticity and free-range chickens, Alldredge Orchards is the equivalent of walking into a movie set... of Gone With The Wind. Something about the rolling hills scene and the endless, breezing aisles of apple trees, idk. What I truly loved about Alldredge was that they didn't feel the need to try as hard as some of the other touristy places in the area. Their sheer simplicity is what won me over. Literally a barn, a smaller barn, some gardens, and hundreds of apple trees is what they had to offer. The day that we went, they had a 'You-Pick' setup going on (only Fuji apples, I think it depends on what day you go) and it was as easy as grabbing a basket, walking down into the orchards, and having fun! I would recommend this place as THE annual family Apple-picking orchard. The down home friendly staff, all of the cute free-range birds walking about, and the delicious apples made our experience perfect.

Alldredge Orchard has all the best things about fall! The apple picking was just what we were looking for. The employees were helpful in explaining how to pick and how to best prepare the apples they're picking that weekend. When we went, the gold rush apples were at their prime. It was $12 for a basket (a peck). Check their Facebook page to see their updates about which types of apples they're picking that weekend. They also had a small store with already picked apples, local honey, and other small treats. They had pumpkins outside to pick from as well. There is a small bakery on site too. We tried a pumpkin cookie - very good! It looked like they were selling all kinds of cookies and bread, and pies by the slice and whole. Good experience, and great for families!

Invited to a fall festival party and this place is really great. I don't have kids, but I could definitely see myself bringing along my nieces and nephews. This place is great for kids of all ages.

This is our family's favorite u-pick apple orchard and pumpkin patch. I discovered it on my daughter's preschool field trip where she got to pet baby kittens, learn how bees make honey, feed chickens, and pick apples her teacher turned into applesauce. That was 6 years ago and the place has only gotten better. They have a beautiful location, great for taking photos. The people there are just lovely and welcoming, even to rambunctious children! LOLThey have fabulous apples, most years, and I'm still astonished at the low price I can buy a gigantic pumpkin. The smaller building is the bakery and you can smell the apple goodies from the yard. The main barn is where you get your apple pickin' basket, and check out. It's always decorated to the "I heart Autumn" hilt. You can watch some bees in the hive while you wait. There are chickens running around the apple trees and are so fun to watch. There's almost always kittens too. Worried about germs? That's okay, they have hand washing stations...very cool. There's usually a nice fire in the fire pit and a fun hay ride out to the orchard or patch. I stinkin' love this place and if I could live there I think I would. It's a city girls country dream. Drop what you're doing this weekend and go.

While the temperatures continue to drop and talk of Halloween costumes start to fill conversations, it was high time to go on our family's annual pumpkin picking trip.Alldredge has an apple orchard and modest sized pumpkin patch and a free hayride to take you out to it for the full Autumn effect. This is a quaint family run farm and may not have all the bells and whistles of a larger farm, but you'll also pay a lot less out of your pocket for your freshly picked pumpkin. The apple orchard was closed for picking this year because of bad weather that damaged most of the crop. No worries! The pumpkin patch was in great shape and the farm offers down home cooking with a country backdrop for a beautiful picnic after your exhaustive search for the greatest gourd. You'll pay anywhere from $4-$15 a pumpkin, depending on size...that's compared to other farms that start at $15! So round up the rascals or if you're like our family, rally the adults and take a trip out to this fantastic locally owned farm!

What a great place! This is our favorite place to go for apples, pumpkins and all things fall. Unlike lots of other local farms and fall playlands in the area this one is (basically) free. All you have to pay for is their food, produce, or things for the fall shop. You pull up an the first thing we tend to hit is their cafe. They have AMAZING food here. They usually have a selection of award winning brisket, pulled pork and ribs. The sides are solid and fresh. be sure to check out the curried pumpkin soup, its a must have. Prices for a meal deal was 7.50- 8.50, which included a main, can of pop, and 2 sides (potato or pasta salad, cole slaw, baked beans, chips or a cup of soup). This doesn't even mention the sweets case. They have an array of fall baked goodies for your tasting pleasure. The fritters, apple cake and pumpkin spice cookies are particularly bright spots in a crowded sweet treat sky. After eating, we take some cool family pics with pumpkins, old tractors, and corn husks. The kids love playing with the goats and ponies. They have a play land for the younger ones, and the older kids and push around on the pedal go carts. We meander and see the ducks, the kittens, the chickens and the beehive. Weather permitting (it was too windy for it today) there are bonfires too, with that perfect smoke smell in the air. There is usually a pyramid of hay with a tunnel too so the kids can roughhouse and get out some energy. Then its a short hayride to the picking fields...this year the apple crop wasn't so good so we hit the pumpkin patch. In years past we have been able to pick our fill of 6 different apples: braburn, empire, fuji, gala, golden delicious and jonathan. The produce prices are great too...they vary by year, but i have paid more at a grocery store for worse produce shipped from Washington. This year for 16$ we got 2 big pumpkins, a small one, a half gallon of cider, and 2 little toys for the kiddos. All in all me and mine LOVE this place, and look forward to it every year.
