This will be the third time ordering flowers for my mother in law with Alissas Flowers! So far my arrangements have been stunning and they carry her favorite Christopher Elbow chocolates. I live on the west coast so it previously made me a little hesitant ordering when I'm not familiar with the local companies but my experience has been great so far and she has loved every arrangement!

Our secretary really tired after 15 years and we sent her a beautiful bouquet of lavender roses. The bouquet turned out excellent

My order along with 2 other orders, were delivered the day after my aunts funeral. Sounded like an honest mistake, but my aunt more than likely, was crying in heaven because her cousins did not sent flowers. They also could not attend the funeral because of COVID and they live six hours away. I can't think of anything more important, than getting funeral flower orders delivered on the day of the funeral. We put our trust in those who serve us, and take our money.

My email to Alissa's. Thank you. Although I am very upset at what showed up at my wife's work as a Valentine's Day surprise. I expressed what I wanted and gave examples from your website. I was told that you would come up with something off of that and led me away from exactly what's online. It's Valentine's Day for my wife and not one Red Rose? Not one star gazer or similar a Lilly? What she was delivered looks like somethings I'd give to my secretary. After this I would appreciate that you take my information out of your system as I'm actually embarrassed that she received this bland bouquet of miscellaneous flowers, which only the thought of buying flowers expresses a Valentine theme. I ordered an untraditional sympathy floral arrangement, providing designer instructions to make it extra special. I was so happy to receive a call during the floral arrangement, with a suggestion and to verify details. I was pleased I went with the designers suggestion & the outcome was a fabulous arrangement! I loved getting the e-mail notifying me on the successful delivery too - very nice!!

Good price, I ordered to be delivered the night before, I called to make sure they would be delivered before my GF got off work, she assured me that she put a note in the system to make sure they were at her work early. They got there before 11 and look great. Recommend for anyone for any occasion. And they threw in a $20 gift card to a spa.

My flowers from Alissa's were beautiful and lasted two weeks! I was so touched when I received a beautiful floral arrangement in a silver vase from my husband's first wife. She lives in Texas so I'm not sure how she found Alissa's, but I'm so glad she did. She sent the flowers to thank me for taking care of her son (my step-son) while he was in the hospital. What a classy lady! I know from experience that sometimes, especially when you are sending flowers from an out of town location, that you don't always get the best bouquet. (That's because they think the sender will never see it LOL) But Alissa's was DEFINITELY the exception and did a really wonderful job. Also, one of my best friends purchased a birthday present for me at her shop, and I loved it also! A great little gift shop to browse!!! A Hidden Gem!!!

Ordered from out of state for local delivery. Beautiful orchids were delivered locally within 3 hours. Family sent me a photo. They loved them.

I had some special instructions - and needed a very special bouquet for someone who was feeling under the weather - Alissa's Flowers took my call on Sunday, for delivery the next day, and delivered the *gorgeous* flowers just as I had asked. Excellent service, and great communication. Also - pretty flowers. ;) Best flower-delivery experience I've ever had. (And I've had a few)
