This is an amazing ice cream place. If I didn't like it so much, I would dock them a star because it does not seem like they hire enough workers for a busy weekend day. Poor staff member was all alone in the back taking orders from big parties, call-in orders, and app orders. He was working non-stop and I don't think that is a great thing about this place, since from the looks of it they can afford to hire more workers given the steady stream of customers (sometimes not so steady and sometimes just heavy). But the ice cream is freshly made and everything tastes as it should -- strawberry ice cream tastes like fresh strawberries, flavors are super creative, and the sundaes have a mix of the flavors with special toppings like nuts and cream. The place also has little games to keep the kids busy and just a nice variety of ice cream, boba, shakes, and drinks. Overall, we can see why our family highly recommended this place to us and why it's a staple in the area. The ice cream is amazing!

This places charges $10 for some milk tea that they don't even fill up all the way if you ask for no ice and they can't even get the sweetness right. Don't waste your money giving business to places that charge nearly double the price of what normal prices are, to get not only less than what you paid for, but also they don't know how to follow the order (25% sweetness), they gave 100% or more sweetness because it was so sweet I had to toss it. Disgusting, overpriced, and under the advertised portion. My order was through DoorDash, I wasn't even compensated for it and don't care for a compensation anymore, even from the store directly.Take your business elsewhere and say NO THANK YOU to overpriced anything, especially when it's not even what you paid for! NOTE to management/owner: Do not message me to apologizing and wanting to "make it right" no. You can never make it right unless you change your prices to reflect the real market price. I thought I was receiving a premium drink when I decided to pay $10 for a milk tea, but I realized it was just an incompetent owner putting greedy prices and overcharging whoever possible. Shameful.

A new favorite is born; Alice Scooper's is a star. Thanks to Yelp I have found a go-to ice cream spot if I'm ever next door at one of my new favorite sports bars, Captains. I have signed up for Captains rewards on 5-star 365 (as well as stopped in for The Pitch's Burger Week) so, I've found myself in the area and never knew there was a kick butt ice cream shop next door. Now that I know, my sweet tooth is very very happy! My date and I stopped in for a late night treat and were met with more options than we expected. I was so pleasantly surprised that non dairy oat milk based choices were available. And when I tell you this may have been the best oat milk ice cream I've had I mean it, the chocolate was so rich and silky and decadent, I had no idea it wasn't dairy- but my stomach did (and I loved that). The golddigger is what my partner ordered and it was filled with chunky pieces of cookies for crunch and velvety ribbons of peanut butter. This ice cream was the perfect mixture of salty and sweet. My chocolate peanut butter, with an oat milk base, was so good I almost forgot it wasn't full fat dairy. Honestly, I think the chocolate flavor was more prominate in my ice cream than the dairy counterpart I tasted. They also have a good selection of sherbet, so if lactose isn't your friend you'll be impressed with the selections to choose from. Also, the names are all clever and cheeky, pretty sure they are all based on song titles! What fun! If you haven't met Alice Scooper's yet what are you waiting for!

I love supporting new local businesses, especially ones owned by women, so I was excited to visit Alice Scoopers. As we live in the Northland, we made the trip over on Saturday afternoon, eager to try their ice cream. When we arrived, there was just one person scooping, so we waited a few minutes while Corbin, the friendly and attentive scooper, finished with another customer. He guided us through the array of flavors, even offering samples of some standout options. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of music-inspired flavors like Start Me Up and Crazy Train adding a fun twist. I ended up with three scoops-- Sea and Sand, Golddigger and Name Game. Each had a rich, delicious taste, although we both found the salted vanilla in Sea and Sand to be a bit too salty for our liking. The Northland is growing fast, but small-batch ice cream shops are still a rarity. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by Alice Scoopers for some unique and tasty flavors--or grab a refreshing Boba while you're there!

I LOVE this place. The owner was so nice and helpful. I told her that I cannot have dairy and she helped me find options. She handmakes the icecream with oat milk and I was shocked at how cream it was. Didn't taste watery. I ordered the Johnny cashew, it has cheesecake pieces at the bottom and then on top vanilla icecream and dolce de leche syrup. Instead of the salted cashews I got heath bar crumbles. There were a lot of people there but not a long wait. I live 30 minutes from this place but I will make an effort to come back. They also do shakes and have boba tea.

Was craving boba recently and decided to check this place out. Although their ice cream looked SO tempting, I figured I'd give their boba a try and boy did I not regret it. I got the milk tea with boba and almond syrup and it seriously hit the spot, 10/10, would recommend it. They have so many other assortments of flavors / syrups you can add to your boba and endless options for additional dessert items like ice cream, sundaes and more !!The place is relatively new but there wasn't any line when I went around 6pm ish. The inside was clean and the service staff was able to me right away! I was really lost with all the options I could go with but the staff was so helpful with their recommendations. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

A clever and charming ice cream shop in the northern extremes of KC, using rock and pop band names and song titles for their flavor offerings. I'm wondering how long before Mr. Cooper's management and legal teams take notice and show up for either photo opportunities or a cease and desist letter. Hopefully the former. My "Start Me Up" shake was perfection. A coffee ice cream with caramel swirl blended with whole milk to a think delicious viscosity that was a joyous delight with each suck of the straw. Bonus point for the biggest maraschino cherry I've ever had. Another cool independent dessert option worthy of support.

Stopped in recently for an ice cream date with my granddaughter. She picked out the chocolate with peanut butter cups ice cream and wow, the portion sizes are huge! We both loved the ice cream and the super friendly service. It was nice to see someone making their own product in house - fresh, wholesome ingredients without a bunch of chemicals and preservatives. Can't beat it!

This is my current favorite ice cream shop in the Northland. They have a great offerings of flavors. I also really like their Boba and shakes. Parking is easy to navigate. Service can sometimes be slow so I usually order ahead. Highly recommend checking it out.

The best little ice cream shop north of the river! Home made ice cream with special flavors each month. They even have Boba. I go out of my way to get ice cream, even in the cold months! If you haven't been, try it!
