My original 5 star review from a few months ago is being downgraded because of a completely avoidable issue that i was involved with today. When loading my groceries, I noticed that the gallon of 1% milk had an expiration date of tomorrow. I took my receipt and the milk back into the store and showed the first store employee that I encountered. I received a deadpan stare, a shrug and "you bought it and it's not expired, can't help ya". I calmly explained that I was not taking home a dairy (or meat) product that expires in 7 hours and that would take several days to consume. She then sighed, got on her radio and then told me that her boss would allow me to exchange it "just this one time". At any of my other neighborhood grocery stores, I would have received an apology and an immediate exchange for a fresh product. This was a complete customer service fail to a customer that just spent $80 and has spent $500+ in the past 4 months that they have been open. Awaiting a response from corporate before I return.

The best time to go is 8:30am on stock day. The staff used to be more helpful but the self service checkouts make it so you hardly see anyone while you're there. As should be expected, produce is spotty. And that's why I go at open on stock day. Be prepared to have full families of 5-7 there on weekends and Friday evening especially.
