Air Jump Moonwalks

We rented the "6 in 1 Balloon Double Slide" for Saturday and Sunday, over the past weekend. It was quite the hit with our grandchildren and guests! Every aspect of this rental went smoothly, from our first inquiry through pickup. Communication was easy through text messaging with Ryan. Prompt delivery, set-up and removal was all as first stated by Ryan. I would not hesitate to use their service again and confidently recommend them.

We rented the dream house 7 in 1 for my daughters 4th birthday party and it was a hit!! It really made the party so much better!!

We had a wonderful experience renting from Air Jump Moonwalks! They communicated drop off and pick up times clearly, were prompt and professional, and they delivered and set up and took down the bounce house for us. The kids absolutely loved the 6 in 1 bounce house with double slide! We will definitely rent from this company again in the future!

Rented a bounce house for a party this weekend, and couldn't ask for better service. Ryan was helpful and professional through the whole process, and did a great job of explaining what the different options were (they have a great selection of models and character banners), and what kind of limitations I could expect (weather, etc). Bounce house was excellent quality and condition, very clean, and reasonably priced, especially considering they bring it to you, set it up, and then come take it down (and before deflating it, they go through and vacuum up any loose grass bits and so on). Just make sure you call and reserve a few weeks ahead to ensure the best selection. If the weather is bad enough to prevent them setting it up, you won't be out any money.

Kids had so much fun, party favorite. Great service, delivered and retrieved on time. THANKS AGAIN

Definitely using for our next party! Ryan was readily available to answer questions and was very flexible with pick up and drop off. Website and email communications were very accurate and thorough.

Incredibly unprofessional and will never get my business. I attempted to call the (913) number on the website to reserve a slide for my child's birthday. The line rang continually without a voicemail ever picking up. I then attempted to call the (816) number thinking I might reach another employee or a voice mail box, and an "out of service" voice mail picked up directing me to the website. Before I could pull up the website to make reservations, I received a nasty text message about calling a personal cell phone "25 times without leaving a message" letting me know they had blocked my number. Either update your contact information or realize you are running a CUSTOMER FOCUSED business and act professionally. Clearly they knew I was calling and didn't bother to answer to see who or why I was calling. Very weird, not a class act...
