Today was my first time here and I loved everything. The salsa was good. The cream cheese burrito and carne asada street tacos were delicious and the service was exceptional. Very clean and nice restaurant. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Girls night! It was great. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of their margarita. But their Al Pastor street tacos were great! The restaurant itself, was huge. From the outside; who would've thought. Our waitress was great, she was constantly checking in on us. Great location. Good service. Good food. Drinks could be better.

The bar was cute. The staff was great. The margarita flight was awesome. The atmosphere was ok and the food was not seasoned at all. They did have a taco bar for taco Tuesday and the price was reasonable.

The best thing was definitely the Cream Cheese Burrito with pork. Although I asked for no rice or lettuce and received both. The second best was the Agaveros Dip, absolutely delicious. But thats where the good stops. The steak Fajitas were bland and most importantly the steak was overcooked and the veggies were raw?? The Cream Cheese Enchiladas were VERY dry and I really didnt taste any cream cheese at all. The Elote en Vaso was TERRIBLE. Basically tasted like canned corn with parm and chips no additional flavor. I did get my order to go so maybe better if eaten in the restaurant but I've had much more flavorful Mexican in the area.

The food was wonderful except the rice. It had a flavor I've never tasted. Similar to a scorched taste sorry to say. Everything else was great! Service was fast and friendly and wait times weren't bad. Large well lit dining with bright colors you'd expect in a Mexican restaurant. They have an ice cream parlor connected kids love obviously! Many were heading over there. You can enter inside the restaurant or from outside entrance.

A solid effort from this New Mexican restaurant in blue Springs. It was pretty empty when I first got there about 5 o'clock on a Friday, but by the time I left the place was filling up. I came for happy hour, which is from 3 to 6. They have both drink and food specials.I opted for a deep fried taco, and the pork mini chimichanga on the happy hour menu. Both were good.My server was so sweet. Everyone there seemed helpful and friendly. I noticed they didn't have any tamales on their menu. My service said yes they did have tamales so I tried to order one. There was a misunderstanding, and I ended up with a tamale plate. For pork, tamales, refried beans and rice. I am normally not a fan of refried rice, but theirs was good. I'll absolutely look forward to coming back with the hubs.

Service and presentation was great but the food was not hot and tasteless.Although the restaurant had a lot of Mexican ambiance that was the only thing that was authentic.the chips were hard and stale tasting and the salsa was bland,my plate was cold and the beans were worse than Van Camps the dough on my burrito was under cooked and the insides were mushy so Adios Agaveros! I should've had a burger instead.

Went for lunch today. Ordered Carnitas. What I got were literally crumbles of charred meat (possibly pork but no way to tell). Tasted like it was made days ago and heated up in microwave. When I try out a New Mexican restaurant I will order Carnitas if it's on the menu. It's a dish that is simple (It's just chunks of braised pork) but will tell me quite a bit about the chef. This was a complete swing and miss at Agaveros. I made one taco and took two bites. The first told me it was not prepared properly. The second confirmed it. I didn't eat any more of it. My wife ordered quesadillas and she really enjoyed them. The service was good and they took 50% off my order without me asking for any discount. The restaurant is clean and very comfortable. I don't want to pour cold water on it completely but this menu item was embarrassing and should never have left the kitchen.
