Unfortunately the quality here has been drastically reduced. I GET that times are tough and food costs have risen-but they seemed to have stopped caring about the customer experience. The mangos are hard, the quality of the nachos are poor for the price, and my last mangoneada didn't even come with a spoon! When I asked for one I was told they were out. A $15 mangoneada (with chunks of fruit and candy in it) and no way to scoop em up? Sadly, I can no longer vouch for them. It is certainly a shame.

This was the only place of the 10 restaurants in the food court that didn't have a line at 1:30. That, and a burger option, were how I made my food decision. It has a variety of Mexican fast foods but I forgot my primary rule for restaurants: Never trust the photos. Remember that old Wendy's ad campaign, "Where's the beef?" where a large bun is uncovered to reveal a tiny meat patty? That could be this place. The $10 burger had two of the same size patties you find on a McDonald's Happy Meal. The bun totally overwhelmed the meat taste. English was a problem for the two employees, a surprise but especially so for a busy Saturday. Just before I left with the meal a third employee appeared who understood my extra requests.

I liked the good selection of frozen treats, including ice cream (11 flavors), popsicles, and juices. The opening week service was still a little disorganized, but otherwise okay. They did not offer the flavor I selected, so it was promptly scratched from the menu and I received an extra scoop of my second choice. The cup of chocolate ice cream ($4.70) was served in a couple of minutes and tasted okay. Labeling of the ice cream flavors would have been helpful. They are located on the second level of Oak Park Mall just south of the food court. I'm thinking 3.5 stars and rounding up for the cool storefront.

Delicious fruit and cold desserts and snacks. My kids love the Mangoneada that is a Mango sober with tamarindo chamoy sauce. My favorites are the churros and natural fruit juices and waters.

The juices are wonderful and natural just as we drink it in Mexico. The rest of the menu is more of snacks that one buys in a street corner around Mexico or a snack store. If anything is famous in Mexico is combining our sweets tooth with a little hot spices . It may take a little use to it but it's worth it. The one thing I may have a complaint is that the wait time can be a little long.

I wait for my trips to the mall for their delicious Elote en Vaso, and Dorinachos. As a fan of both and tried at multiple locations, this is by far the best.
