Small quaint coffee and sandwich shop in Oswego KS, as we were driving from Joplin MO to Parsons KS.They have lots of coffee, and non-coffee, options available in hot and cold...including more sugar free options than I've seen in large cities. They were posted on the wall behind the counter/register, so I didn't get a picture. :(The Panini comes in sourdough, though you can substitute croissant or tortilla if you choose. I had the Club Panini and my partner had the Italian on a croissant. He really liked the croissant on the panini press and wished more sandwich places did this at home.I got a side of their homemade pasta salad & he got a cup of their soup of the day (loaded potato). Both were fresh and yummy. Their pasta salad wasn't over-dressed, which most places do. The loaded potato soup was more of a chowder since it was chock full of potato slices, which we appreciated because there is nothing worse than a potato soup that's all milk/cream and no morsels of goodness to spoon in your mouth. If you happen to be traveling this way, I highly recommend it!
