Their Korean fried chicken was amazing! I highly recommend this spot for a quick fix. Super crispy and the flavor was delicious. We also got their jap chae and it was also seasoned very well. This also made for amazing leftovers! Ordering was pretty straightforward. You can order from the kiosk and they serve it pretty quickly. We went when it was fairly busy so the waitress gave orders to the wrong table a couple of times, so make sure you know what you ordered! Overall experience and vibes were satisfactory! I will definitely make a stop here before grocery shopping across the street!

Great Korean chicken, many favors (like cm chicken) beer options and coke products.Food - delicious Service - simple, order at kiosk, they call your number or deliver to your table.Ambiance - very plain interior which is fine.

TL;DR: The chicken is good but leans on the more sweet and less spicy side. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place to go. If you want more authentic Korean fried chicken and sides, it's better to go to one of the nearby competitors. This is a decent place to come with friends who can't eat spicy food. The chicken is crispy and comes out way faster than the chicken at CM Chicken or bb.q, but the flavor profile just doesn't do it for me. It's too sweet and there's no nuance--it's not spicy, acidic, or savory. The food is never piping hot when you get it. It's just warm, with salt and sugar and the thought of spice.And the prices are too high. I'm honestly not sure why they're charging as much as CM Chicken and bb.q when 92's portions are smaller and the service is nonexistent. You order off a kiosk, get your own cups and water, and bring the ambiance yourself. Unless you've got some really fun friends who can bring that ambiance, I'd say skip this place and go somewhere else.

We were searching for Korean Fried Chicken and 92 Chicken was the closest match we could find in the greater KC area with good reviews.Parking was easy and there were lots of tables for groups. We ordered from a Kiosk with helpful pictures. The worker at the counter was helpful in answering our questions. Soft music playing in the background and the seating area was clean.Pork Dumpling came out of the kitchen within 5-10 minutes. It was crunchy and was the perfect appetizer.Garlic Soy Chicken was succulent, crunchy, the right amount of breading, and a sweat garlic taste with each bite. Caution: there was a mild amount of spice.Spicy Garlic Chicken was not as spicy as expected and was more sweet. It was only one level up from the non-spicy version. The sauce was still good, but it needs to be named something else like sweet chili soy garlic.Overall, solid 4 stars. Pricing was low because there are no servers and there's no fountain drinks. I'm unsure what will make it a 5 star place but growing up in the west coast, this was a nice place to drop by at for Asian food.

They've remodeled the interior and expanded it since my last visit. It's way nicer in comparison and great for fast casual fried chciken. The Yang-nyeom Fried Chicken was sweet and heavily breaded. The flavor was exactly what I needed to balance out the Carbonara Buldak Fried Rice because that was a bit too spicy for me.

We ordered pork dumplings, golden French fries, curry sweet onion chicken tender plate and spicy garlic tenders. It took a while for our food which was understandable because it was a Friday night and the place was busy. The fried pork dumplings were yummy! They were fried well and served with a sweet heat soy sauce. Unfortunately, our tenders were not fresh on either order. The sauce on the spicy garlic was very flavorful and it wasn't just spice. The sauce on the sweet onion chicken was cold and jelly-like...like it was made prior then cooled down and congealed. The golden fries were unique -- I was not sure what to expect but a sweet garlicy cheese dust never crossed my mind! The table didn't mind them but definitely something different. The fries were fresh, hot and crispy. I want to go back and try the traditional wings because the sauces were flavorful and authentic.

Its cool to see more Korean food places especially Korean fried chicken because that style is incredible if done right. 92 chicken does a good job and has some great sides. I wish they would expand their sides a little more that were authentic to Korean side dishes. The chicken is pretty darn salty however and will make you thirsty throughout the day. The flavors are all good but nothing too unique. It does take them a long time to make because they have to double fry it but if you have the time and not in a huge rush, it's worth trying. We have done different sizes from half to full chickens to a bunch of other options.

Three of us came for lunch on a Sunday. We split an order of yangneom chicken tenders, gimbap and japchae noodles. The noodles had lots of mushrooms, green onions and a little bit of beef. Food was good and we ate it all. Next time I think we'd order two chicken choices and split some fries. The table next to us got some and they looked tempting!The ordering kiosk is easy to use. You can self serve paper cups of water. It's very low key, but it's got atmosphere and is casual and a nice place to sit and visit over a meal.

I finally made my way here and wow I was so impressed. The offerings of wing flavors and sides gives you lot to choose from. I got the chicken tenders in the spicy bbq sauce and loved how crispy and saucy they were. My favorite side was the corn cheese! It's enough to share with others and is great to pair with the spicy wings to cool it down.
