Reliably good for bar food. Burger was really good. Service is good. Ambiance is fine.

I would say the highlight of eating here was the service. The staff was attentive and helpful and got us to our table quickly. We were given enough time to look over the menu and make a decision. The meals were delivered quickly. I found the dining experience to be quite loud Music playing that did not make the dinner enjoyable. I also found the food to just be so, so it wasn't bad. It wasn't great. It just was nothing that I felt boy. Can't wait to come again. I don't think there is a strong chance that we will go here again. There are a lot of options of places to eat and this one just did not wow us.

Had great service on the patio. it was very clean and all the food was great didn't have to wait long at all for our waiter or our food

It's been years since we have been to 54rh street. Things have changed and not for the good. I ordered the steak, medium rare. It arrived at the table with an overwhelming smell of onion powder. There were no grill marks and it had an odd gray color, like meat looks after being microwaved. I ate one bite and quickly learned it was still blue. We did the two can dine for 39. They agreed to take off my steak, 13 dollar. Guess math isn't their thing either.Spent all day yesterday with a fever and throwing up. All day. Needless to say, we won't ever be back.

I come here all the time but the last time had the really rude bartender who ignores you and you have to wave her down to get anything if she even acknowledges you, so I decided if she is working the bar, I will go to the zona location or somewhere else entirely. Walked in last Friday and saw she was working and my heart sank, but noticed the patio bar was opened and we were sooo happy!! The bartender was Bree and she was extremely nice and helpful and funny!! We had a couple of margaritas, beer and the always delicious protein bowl. It was my friends birthday and she had a blast and great service, we love 54th st and shout out to Bree for being there and providing that!

Met here for lunch...It is not much different looking then a lot of your typical lunch spots... accept that it had a very nice covered patio. The patio also has its own bar area.Our waitress was outstanding... very attentive, nice and polite. I had the Havana sandwich... it is one heck of a big lunch, but ooooooooh so tasty!It was loaded with Turkey, pulled pork, pickle, Swiss cheese, aioli, and spicy mustard... their version of the Cuban... and it is a very good version too!I truly enjoyed this lunch... so much so I couldn't stop eating it... even after being full I finished the whole thing when I was full at half.I recommend stopping in and trying their Havana... heck I'm thinking of flying back just so I can have it again!

pulled into town late Sunday night a little bit hungry and a little bit tired so we didn't want to go too far afield. quick Yelp search showed 54th St Grill & Bar is close and has some food options, too many food options it turns out but that's not really a terrible thing. what is terrible is posting the calorie content on the menu... nuff said bout that and the rabble that caused us to move indoors from the patio.started with the Chicago spinach and artichoke dip: serving boat full of piping hot melty queso plus a pile of thin crispy chips. dip is very hot and spinach forward with barely a hint artichoke and otherwise inoffensive.my devil's den burger was a respectable offering: carolina reaper cheese, wing sauce, plus roasted brussels snouts. more zippy than painful but actually sending customers to hospital is considered bad business so no surprise there. burger was done remarkably well, not too fatty and cooked just past medium plus brussels sprouts with craisins and a balsamic infusion.MLB went with a modest soup and sandwich that didn't quite come off as expected. rather than make a fuss she asked for baked potato soup to replace the overly salty outlaw steak and we moved on from there.

I've been here a few times and it's consistent with quality. the last time we ordered online and everything was right and tasted just as fresh as if we got it in the restaurant.

Manager gets no stars and Our Waiter Ryan gets 5! On the app I had a msg that said they had burger special. No where on app did it say it had to be to go to get special. Talked to manager was like No, we can't honor the special unless you get it to go. That's stupid since it screws the servers out of a tip. Plus what if we wanted beverages or alcohol. By doing this losing out on extra money. I was told by manager I had to go to my email to read the rules but no where did it say that. I don't even have the that email anymore! You are actually loosing money. If it were not for Ryan I would have walked out and you wouldn't have gotten ANY of my money! The other day my daughter was at Zona 54th and said manager was AMAZING! Maybe this manger needs to shadow her!

would give this joke of a restaurant ZERO stars if I could! Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and I never feel this strongly about a place to take time to leave a negative review. Will never visit this location again!!!
