GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!! We got the Baby Backs & Chicken Tenders platter. Definitely 2 orders for 2 people was too much, but the left overs are just as good as they are fresh!Also loved our server Angela! Such a sweetheart and the whole staff made sure we had a great experience!!

I had a nice lunch at 54th street yesterday. They have a really amazing lunch menu, but it isn't valid on weekends fyi. The chicken Madeira is always great, mushroom sauce is very flavorful and the asparagus mashed potatoes and chicken breast are always fresh and delicious. The border attack Mexican meal is also a great deal and very filling. Service here is usually really good, but can sometimes be slow depending when you go and what server you get.

Great menu, friendly and fast service, you do pay for it in the end but you get what you want.Great salads, very fast service, and the ambience is typically a sports bar theme,/family setting I will definitely go back. I would say around four stars here.

Went to the 54th Street again and enjoyed the food, the server Hanna was excellent, she replenished our drinks without even asking which to me is service and asked if we needed anything else. The Manager was also very nice and corrected an issue that had happened, nothing serious. I'll keep on going there because service is fantastic and the staff are great. Thanks to everyone who works there for making 54th an excellent and pleasant place to enjoy a meal.

On occasion I will order from 54th Street Grill. This establishment never disappoints. I ordered ToGo food and I think the pictures speak for themselves. The chicken sandwich was tasty, I enjoyed it. The Tortilla Soup tasted good. I look forward to ordering lunch from them again.

This is Literally the worst 54th Street bar and grill!!!! I purchased a chicken cobb salad in which it looked like someone threw it together, but my sugar was too low and I needed to eat fast or I was going to go unconscious! I got to my destination and found the chicken was ice cold and the salad had rotten avocados in it! This was unacceptable! I called in and spoke to a manager by the name of Andrew and he was very apologetic and wanted to fix the problem. However, because of many issues including not being able to eat in time I got really sick. I called Andrew back to let him know I was not going to be able to get up there that night and explained my situation. He promised that would not be a problem and he took down my information and said for me to call whenever I could get back there since it was 45 mins from where I live. He said he would also give me a $20 fun card for my inconvenience. So I had a bad virus or food poisoning and had been in the bed a few days. I called to the store today to pick up my food and the manager Ty (who had absolutely horrible customer service) took no accountability for what was done. He said they would not honor remaking my food or given me a comp card for the inconvenience and money paid for the salad. He has the worst management skills and played gate keeper for the General manager who refused to come talk to me. When I spend my hard earned money I like to not possibly have salmonella poisoning and rotten vegetables! I'd like to eat my food It's literally a salad with 5 max ingredients, How do you mess that up?!!! The price of food has skyrocketed and this man thinks he doesn't deserve to replace my $18 salad! Shenanigans! 54th Street Grill & Bar I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I've never had such a horrible experience! Ty needs to be demoted for his actions! DON'T spend your money at this place EVER!!! Go to Barry Rd it's better

Party of 8 spread into two booths. FUEL got beef nachos with toppings om the side. ATMOSPHERE same ole visuals for chain restaurant. SERVICE Matt looked underage, but handled all of us with special orders. All in all, decent place. Recommend only for nostalgic purposes & out of town fam.

This continues to be a tried and true go-to spot for great appetizers, soup, salad and delicious entree's. The service is always phenomenal and the ambiance is comforting. It's a nice place to grab a bite with family, friends or yourself. There are numerous TV's throughout the restaurant so it's a great place to watch sporting events.Thanks again for another tasty meal!

I visited this place on a whim while traveling to Kansas City. This place sparked my interest because there is a large variety of menu options to choose from. My friend and I were STARVING so we decided to check out 54th Street Grill and Bar.The food was alright. I ordered the fajita salad. The fajita salad normally is made on top of a bed of tortilla chips. This did not sound appetizing to me so I ordered it with lettuce and asked for chips on the side. The meal served its purpose by filling me up, but it wasn't great food.The service was good! Our waitress was very attentive to our drinks. We made several alterations to our meals and she was able to make every single one happen.The ambience reminds me of Applebees. Make of that what you will.

Decent customer service, they gave me a reward card but not even equal to my meals cost as I requested a refund because of how poor quality it was. You have to physically take the food back to them if it's a Togo order for them to refund you LOL.. that's why I say decent customer service, except tried to plead their case on why the chicken was tasting faker than a 3 dollar bill.. not even close to as good of a restaurant as the one in zona Rosa. Maybe it's the inexperienced cooks at this location but the food is MID at best, can definitely tell nothing is made with any love and passion just some people trying to get a paycheck. I really do think it's lab grown chicken they use it was horrible. Place probably should shut down and even the chipotle over there by it sucks, I guess location does matter.
