451 Pizza

I came across this traveling, wood-fired pizza truck at an Overland Park office event, which was posted on social media and open to the public.My veggie pizza ($17) was ready just five minutes after I ordered at the window, where the service was cheerful and efficient. Your wait time may vary because I was their first customer of the day. The pizza was promoted as 14" (see menu pic), but my pizza measured just 13" x 11". It was very tasty with a delicious sweet Asian chili sauce, but the number of toppings was just acceptable, and I didn't notice any zucchini. I found the thin crust to be perfectly baked, chewy, crunchy and somewhat tasty, with a unique texture.I was disappointed that they didn't offer pizza by the slice.The menu included eight whole pizza options, canned drinks and bottled water, but the prices seemed relatively high.Overall, A-OK.

451 Pizza's cute lil food truck made a stop in front of my apartment - had to try it out! Grabbed a slice of plain ole pepperoni pizza as well as a slice of the cheese pizza! There's an art to wood fired pizza and it's safe to say that 451 has perfected it! They have a variety of other unique pizzas (ex: sweet Thai?! Will definitely be trying that next time) and their service is quick & friendly! Highly recommend trying 451 Pizza!

I was able to check this pizza place out while hanging out at Planet Comicon, they had quite the line but the service was fast. they have updated their menu to offer both cheese and pepperoni by the slice, and are closer to the size 14" as offered my pizza was 13"x14". the price was listed as 17 bucks, excluding tax I paid with a 20 and received back a dollar and some change. but it was ready within minutes and the crust, sauce and cheese were an immaculate combination and I highly recommend checking them out.
