Community ball park runs competitive youth leagues; they are not affiliated with the massive Johnson County 3&2 baseball club on the other side of the state line. The facility is conveniently located near the Grandview Triangle, but it's a bit run down -- the five diamonds are not maintained in the best of shape, and the parking lot is gravel. Field 5 on the west side of the complex is the nicest (and largest) of the fields -- a full-sized diamond for regulation play, with covered stands. I had a "Church of Baseball" moment there, walking up the steps and through a tunnelly breezeway that opens out into a view of the green field. However, be aware that the steps don't make it friendly for folks with mobility issues. Also, the concessions and restrooms are convenient if you're on fields 1-4, but you're in for a hike across that gravel parking lot if you're on 5.
