1889 Pizza Napoletana

Location: Kansas City.Ambiance: it is a nice place. Family oriented not too fancy.Food: this is the minimum that I expect from a pizza. Napolitanean style is the only good choice when it comes to pizza the rest is a joke. Service: great

We used Pizza Napoletana for my daughter's 8th birthday party.Each kid received their own personal pizza and then we ordered three regular size. The pizza was good. The service via phone and delivery was great. I will saw that going forward when I return I will just get a kids pizza. The regular pizza was truly not much larger but it was $18 and the kids pizza was $7 or $8 and that was with paying extra for pepperoni. I was just shocked by the small size of the regular and that may be due to me not understanding Neapolitan pizza but hopefully this review helps you. The pizza was good though

Shoutout to Erica and Liz (The Best). Wanted an authentic Neapolitan Pizza. The atmosphere was spot on and the outside sitting area was very Family friendly. Our order consisted of 1 Neapolitan Pizza. We sat outside and enjoyed ! Ericka blessed us with Gelato and Pizza. She was such a Blessing. The service was 10/10, no complaints. This place came highly recommended from a local, and it is wonderful! The atmosphere is adorable and such a vibe! Love the decor and chandeliers! You order at a counter and they customize your pizza. There's a wide variety available, and toppings you can just about getting any combination you want. They have beers and wines on tap, several drinks in the case as well, fountain drinks too. They have gelato as well, and tons of great appetizers. All the pizza we tried was wonderful and some of the best pizza I've had! Definitely go here on your next trip to Kansas City, it's also very family friendly!

Based on some of the other reviews, I guess I was just expecting more than a high-end MOD Pizza. The food wasn't bad - just nothing special. I could have had a pizza just as good without driving 40 minutes. The Caesar salad was below average but wife said her caprese salad was great. And the wine on tap was fine and poured generously. Food was delivered promptly and the staff was very friendly.If you live nearby, this is a fine place to get some pizza. But if your thinking of driving from the far side of town, save your gas.

This place is like stepping into a trendy Pizzeria in Pisa or Florence. The beautiful subway tiles and blue velvet benches, it gives an elegance not found in American pizza shops. And the menu is unique and as complex as you want it to be! You can order a build your own or you can pick from some of their favorites. I recommend the Honey Bee, but add prosciutto! It's my favorite, but the honey makes it a tab but messy!The ordering process is like an assembly line process, but you don't have to stick around and watch or give step by step directions to your toppings. You just tell them at the first window and then approach the payment counter. They'll give you a table number and any drinks you order (there's wine on tap and plenty of local beers), then they deliver to your table!The outdoor patio is nice if it's not boiling hot out. They have some shade. The street is busy though and KC Joes is next door so it can get noise out there!

Cooked to perfection, in fire. The box was actually branded 1899 you can smell it. Very Impressive and tasted even better. I'll be back. Again. And again etc.

Just a great place to eat with the family and the pizza is out of this world. Went there with a few couples to make our own pie. Jason (owner) took the time to teach us how to make the pie and educate us on the ingredients used. The purity is the key. Just loved it.
