Kang's Jokbal

Have been passing by whilst shopping at Boo Han market and the pictures on the window look amazing. But tonight, my darling son is so thoughtful and brought this home. We enjoyed every bite. We didn't have to have rice. The wraps were perfect and filling on its own. It's very flavorful and lean, as well as juicy. The sauces are amazing while we made wraps with these slices of meat.The crunch and the aromas were very satisfying. I recommend. $40 give or take. Solid!Now I fully understand why they are superstar on Yelp. Btw, no dine in. Just take out.Easy parking available.

I called for pick up order. It's been a while since I had it. Foods still taste great like how I remembered and very authentic like Korean way. I think the price is still good;$35 for one order to share for 2ppl.

We came here on a Tuesday night on a holiday so it was not busy at all. The restaurant is pick up only. There is no indoor seating. The man behind the counter was very nice. We ordered jokbal (pig trotter) and drove 20 minutes back home. The meat was room temperature by the time we ate it. It was pretty good. . I would say it is as good as the one I ate in Korea. There is about two pig trotters worth of meat. It also came with radish kimchi, garlic, shrimp sauce, soybean paste, and lettuce. I preferred the soybean paste over the shrimp sauce. The food was nicely packaged. Pricing was reasonable. It can feed hungry two adults.Would I eat here again? Yes. It was delicious and there is no where else in Seattle with decent jokbal. They provided a punch card so if you spend like $300 worth of jokbal you get $20 dollars off the next meal. Not a big incentive but maybe if somebody really likes it. I do not see myself achieving this.

Amazing take-out spot. Make sure you order online and then go pick up to avoid the wait. I ordered the Jokbal and Bossam. The portions are huge, it comes with radish kimchi, lettuce and 3 different sauces. The food was delicious and I will definitely be back for more. They also have a stamp rewards program.

Friendly service, great portion, good flavor. Comes with radish kimchi and lettuce and sauces. You can get side dishes in Boohan although I bet if Kang made more side dishes they'll be more delicious. Maybe they should make 1-2 more side dishes to buy haha. Anyways I'd totally be a regular since we visit Boohan 2x a month. Delicious!

I grew up eating jokbal and it's been so hard to find a place that does it really good. No pork smell at all, perfectly chewy, and really delicious! Portions were great for the price and the sides and dipping sauce was just enough. Amazing!!

I'm so happy this place exists. It's the most affordable bossam you can get in the area. The small portion will easily feed 2 people and it's roughly 19 bucks. They also do a stamp program where you get 20 dollars off after 10 purchases.My partner and I got the pork belly this time, but I definitely want to try the pig trotter next time. The large portion will run you roughly 35 bucks. You'll also find that the pork comes with a bag of lettuce, one box of pickled radish, and a small box that includes the sauces and garlic/ jalapeños. I will definitely be coming here again!

It's carry out only. Ordered the pork belly. It included the main entree along with lettuce and some condiments. It was well packed and you definitely get your money's worth. I will definitely come back and try their other speciality.

We ordered Jokbal and Bossam as one of the appetizers for our house-party. They were absolutely delicious with the sauce, kimchi, garlic, and radish, everyone couldn't help but hover around the dish. We especially loved the Bossam, it was so tender and juicy.
