Glad that my daughter discovered this place in Kirkland as it always takes at least 20 minutes to get great desserts from my place. The servers are young and nice, half of the stores is a green house with plants that one can buy. Even though they don't have soft serve yet but I really love the Pandan Lava shokupan and the mango sticky rice bingsu! The toast is crunchy and goes very well with the pandan mochi and condensed milk. The bingsu is milky not watery, the sticky rice is warm and the mango is sweet! What a great combo!

Stopped by on a Monday evening we were the only customer. We were greeted by a young lady who was at the cash register. She also was very kind in making recommendations. I got the coconut drink with a 3D bear. I really enjoyed it. It was the perfect touch of sweet. My husband got the mango sticky rice. He loved it. & said he drive out just for that dessert. We also got the cheesecake waffle. Neither of us liked it. It was too sweet for our taste. & the pink drizzle has an interesting taste to it. The 3 stars really comes down to the place. They have a section of plants where they have humidifiers running. The place felt muggy & cold. It also had a very cluttered feel to it. Definitely not the cleanest. We would come back but not to dine in.

I believe this is the third location that they opened and I'm glad that they opened one in Kirkland! Closer location than Southcenter and their Seattle location. This place is really hidden from the street if you don't pay attention when you are driving, it's located next to a gas station. First time walking in the cafe! I was really surprise on how the layout/decor was in there. Half of the cafe was where you can order your dessert and then sit down to enjoy it and the other side was a plant store, so for anyone who is a plant lover, make sure you check this cafe out because you can enjoy some delicious bingsu and also look at plants and even buy one or two if any catches your eyes. We decided to order two different mini bingsu to try! The first one was the sticky rice and mango, and the other one was the Thai tea with black bean! Perfect portion size for an individual but you can definitely share one too! The sticky rice that you get with the mango bingsu was delicious! Hot and sweet from the coconut milk! The bingsu itself could of had a little bit more flavor but overall they dessert was delicious! Overall, I really love this cafe and would definitely come back! When we were there, there was only one worker and I give her a lot of props for giving everyone a great service since she was by herself! It was getting busy and she showed no stress at all and was very calm about taking care of all the customers so thank you!

What a fun, new spot in Kirkland! I've only had the mango sticky rice mini and coconut mini bingsu. Both are good, but I prefer the fresh mango and the warm sticky rice that comes with it (on the side). The young coconut melts in your mouth but because it does you don't really get much flavor, if that makes sense. And the powdery cream filler doesn't have much of a flavor either so it's nice to have add ons that are more robust, like the mango. They have other drinks and desserts I haven't tried yet, but plan to. It's nice and warm inside since they humidify for all the plants they have there for sale. Staff have been friendly during my visits. Definitely recommend you drop in.

Don't walk, run to this place and taste the heaven that is Kakigori!!! The Choco Malt is the stuff dreams are made of. These little suckers will run you about $10/ea but I'm telling you it's worth every penny! They also sell a wide variety of house plants at this location which makes it a really tranquil and relaxing environment.

Honestly not the best bingsoo I've had. The fruits aren't fresh and the syrups aren't that refreshing

Yum! I got the organic mango sticky rice mini bingsu and it was so good! The only downside was it's kind of pricey but that's pretty much the norm nowadays. We also got the strawberry cheesecake croffle. I tried a bit of this after the bingsu and I sort of wish I tried it earlier on because by the time I had a bite, it was soggy from all the toppings. I think if I were to eat a croffle next time, I will just get the plain one because I thought it was a bit too sweet for my liking. However, my husband thought it was delicious and gobbled it all up no problem. I think we'll definitely come back if we're nearby and craving dessert.

Mango and sticky rice bingsu was so good! Sticky rice came in the side, warm and just the right amount of sweetness. Fresh mango of perfect ripeness. Creamy almost ice cream like bingsu. No sauce. There's good amount of seating and even a plant shop! Very limited parking though so I parked nearby and walked

Menu items were tasty, pricing is comparable with other dessert specialty shops, perhaps a little higher. The mango in the drinks were tart but complemented well with the sweetness of the drinks. The disappointment was with the watermelon bingsu which also happened to be the most expensive dessert item in the menu. As you can see in the picture, the top left is what was pictured in the menu, the top right is what was taken by another Yelp user four months ago, and the bottom picture is what we received this past weekend. Serious shrinkflation! This Kirkland store had a cool ambiance though, with lots of potted plants (for sale) decorating the inside of the store giving it a green and pleasant environment to have dessert in.The store seemed short-staffed when we visited but the wait was not too long. May be a good idea to leave spoons out where customers can grab them by themselves.
