Kai Sushi

Have been going here for years and they are on point every time. Fresh and delicious rolls, pleasant wait staff in a cozy atmosphere. Can't go wrong with Kai!

I was craving some sushi and Kai was on my list, so I stopped in yesterday for lunch and it did NOT disappoint. Just to keep things simple, I ordered their 6-pc nigiri lunch special, which also came with a spicy tuna roll and a steaming hot bowl of miso soup. It was the perfect lunch, and quite the bargain at just $19.99!The sushi was super fresh, and the proportion of rice to fish was perfection. The service was quick and my food came out fast. There weren't many people in there for lunch when I was there, but it looks like they do a huge takeout business. I really liked the ambiance, too - it was dark with soft lighting. Perfect spot for date night!Parking was easy, too, as there was plenty of free 90-minute street parking within steps of the restaurant. I will definitely be back here to satisfy a future sushi craving! Can't wait to try some of their more innovative rolls, too.

Unfortunately the few times I come here, i'm soooo hungry that I don't take the time for pictures. The rolls are just sooo delicious. One of these days im going to dine in and take my time. My favorites are spicy tuna on crunchy rice, baked salmon roll and Washington roll. Really looking forward to try more! This place is fantastic

Hands down the best sushi spot in Everett. Tiny restaurant and very limited seatings, so be prepared to wait. I will say though that they get you in pretty quick. We ordered, apps, beer, and sushi! The service was excellent and our food came out fairly quickly. I was pleased that we didn't have to wait long. The spicy tuna crispy rice was by far my favorite small plate. It was sooo good! The calamari reminded me to burger kings onion rings. They are Panko battered versus tempura battered rings. They were extra crispy served with spicy Mayo. We got the tempura yam roll, California, crunch roll, and spicy tuna tempura. Everything we got was sooo good. I didn't get a lot of fresh fish sushi because I don't on my first attempt at a sushi spot, so I can't review that. But boy was everything so delicious and yummy!!!

We stopped by after a beautiful day on the water and ordered a bit of everything. Chased it down with an ice cold Sapporo. See you real soon!

Quality sushi all around. They have a LOT of different rolls and menu items. Their takoyaki is the best in Everett area that I've tried The plates I'd say are on the smaller side and packed with flavor.

My Fiancé and I have been to Kai a few times and it is our goto for sushi in Everett. They have solid veggie rolls for the vegetarians out there (like my fiancé) but they do great rolls and nigiri for the rest of us too. Last night we grabbed two cream cheese cucumber rolls, a cali roll, an eel roll and the veggie gyoza and tempura. All were delicious. This was our first time doing carryout from Kai.For our dine in experience we have had good food and good service. The wait staff has been friendly, courteous, and touches base at the table with the right frequency. Drinks are refilled quickly and the food is never left waiting at the counter too long to be served.My usual gauge of a sushi joint is whether it looks like a hole in the wall or not. If it does that's usually a good sign. Kai doesn't give that vibe too hard but it also doesn't feel like there was a huge amount of effort in the decor. The goal is clearly good food.If I had one complaint it is that it can be hard to get in. I haven't figured out the pattern but some nights it is packed out with an hour wait. Other nights one can walk right in. Kai never seems dead so I wonder if a bigger space would work for them if they wanted to grow.

Amazing dinner family out at Kai Sushi Fusion Started off with potstickers and calamari (my fav) We had Crab cucumber wrap (Super delicious), Monkey brain roll (least fav), Spicy tuna cucumber roll, Kappamaki roll, & Crunch roll! Friendly staff and warm atmosphere!!!

Two for two! This is my second visit, and the rolls have been fantastic!! I have tried about 9 different rolls so far and have yet to be disappointed! I think Kiss of Fire is my current favorite, by a small margin.

Great sushi and great service...We go there weekly! The 2811 and the spicy tuna rolls are amazing.
